The room was very clean and spacious, and the same goes for the fully equipped kitchen. The terrace was also a great plus. The location was perfect — just a 1-minute walk to the beautiful Sliema promenade and the bus station. Jossienne was very friendly and hospitable; she made us feel at home, gave us useful tips about the island, and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you for everything — we’ll definitely return!

I enjoyed my stay 100%, exceeded my expectations, mostly the host is very kind and attentive and was ready for help any time and very responsive. Very clean, neatly decorated and perfectly equipped facilities, ideally located in between st. julians and sliema, easy to reach anywhere on the island with public transport. I think this is the best for its category and price tag.

Nothing, all is perfect

The host, Josie, is very sweet, always helpful and gave a lot of local insights. The bed is very comfortable, with complete facilities (bathroom, kitchen). The location is amazing, close to the bay, bus stops to all famous sightseeing places, delicious restaurants and cafés.

My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this B&B in Malta, owned by the lovely Josienne and her husband. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome, offering warm hospitality and explaining us everything from the house and all the facilities near the area . The B&B itself is immaculate; our room was spotless and well-appointed, providing all the comforts we needed. It was clear that cleanliness is a priority for Josienne, as every corner of the house was tidy and inviting. One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to cook in the well-equipped kitchen, which made our experience feel even more like home. Location-wise, this B&B is perfect! It’s just a short walk to the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful Maltese coastline. Steep road back from the beach - just be aware if it might be a problem for you.

Big room with nice private balcony, cozy apartment with shared kitchen. There is everything you might need during vacation like hairdryer, iron, needle with threads etc. Superb location - 5minutes by foot to Balluta bay, supermarket, restaurants , bus stops. We recommend U Bistrot for breakfast, dinner; Kalama in Sliema for takeaway seafood(fried mix or grilled shrimps); prosecco in Balluta Kiosk on Pjazza tal Balluta; drinks in the night in Juuls (St Julians). Breakfast was not included but there was the possibility to use the shared kitchen and also the shared terrace (you can also hand wash your clothes in your bathroom and dry them in the terrace). Position was good because it was really near San Julian, Balluta bay and Sliema but it was not in the middle of the nightlife so it was very quiet. Room was furnished with all that is needed for a good vacation: bathroom with big shower, a little fridge, A/C and ceiling fan, TV and the bed was good, not too hard and not too soft.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property!

What a gem this place is! Josie is an exceptional host who welcomed us warmly and provided us with lots of fantastic recommendations for across the island. The accommodation was immaculately clean and the attention to detail in the room is well thought out. We had everything we needed for our seven night stay; including extra towels, extra toilet paper, beach towels, a hair dryer and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! There is also AC and a fan to keep you cool. The location is excellent within a quiet street. It is a short walk to the main bustling area of St Julian’s and a short walk to Balluta Bay; both areas have lots of shops and restaurants, and great links to catch public transport to different areas of the island. Thank you Josie for being so helpful throughout our stay and for making us feel right at home as soon as we arrived!

Clean room with TV and air conditioning, friendly furnished, large and clean bathroom, location close to a sandy bay and smooth entrance to the water, mini market, terraces and restaurants. Very quiet area. The hosts, Josie and Mark, very attentive, kind and friendly. We've got good advices about what to do there. With them, we felt like we were friends. We warmly recommend them. Near the location there are bus stations with many links to all points of interest.

-- A minor inconvenience was that the corridor at the property did not have good ventilation, so sometimes the air did not feel fresh. But it was only there. -- Another small thing is that the bathroom door in our suite had a semi-transparent glass insert. I would prefer a door without glass but we could manage this by hanging the towels on the door.

-- It was so nice that we received beach towels. -- The owners informed us in advance that there would be some reconstruction works at the building. The noise was not continuous and was not loud so it did not affect our stay. -- We stayed in the music themed room. I liked the atmosphere a lot, there were some books to read and also a spacious balcony. -- The owners are very kind and helpful. They took the time to inform us about bus services and they also recommended cafés and nearby destinations for one-day trips etc. -- We could leave our luggage at the property after checking out and we could even take the beach towels with us the last day.

Our room was very spacious with a nice balcony/view. Everything was very clean, the bathroom and the shared kitchen were well-equiped. There were even big towels available for beach. In the kitchen there was a drinking water available for hosts all the time. We highly appreciated the warm welcome from our host Josie. She contacted us in advance to provide advice how to get to the accomodation which was in a great location (close to the beach, restaurants, bars and also public transport to travel across Malta). We received plenty of advise which beaches&places to visit in Malta, which buses to take etc. We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Can't find any faults.

I stayed in the Music Room and I liked it a lot. It was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed (AC, fridge, TV, etc.). The room had plenty of natural light, but also good curtains if light bothers you. There was also a nice terrace. I found the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Overall, I can't find any fault with the room. For me, the location was excellent, in a nice, clean, and quiet part of town, very close to a public beach and to a bus station. But what was even nicer was the interaction with Josie. She gave me a lot of information about the islands, which really helped me, and made my stay in Malta a very pleasant one. I also appreciated that she contacted me in advance about some renovation work by the neighbours.

We are delighted with our choice of accommodation in Malta for this year's vacation. First and foremost, we were pleasantly surprised by the owner, Jossie, who contacted us before our arrival, offering assistance in getting from the airport to the destination address. Upon arrival, she greeted us warmly. Her care made us feel at home throughout our stay under her roof. The location is secluded (quiet), clean, and well-maintained. Our room had a Greek-style decor (white and blue walls) with fantastic furnishings and accessories. The room featured a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a television, and an electric kettle with a welcome set of coffee and tea. There were even electrical adapters from the British system to the European one. The bed was large with white linens and a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was equipped with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, and handmade soap. The communal kitchen was well-equipped with various utensils and kitchen appliances. There was also a drinking water dispenser and air conditioning. From the kitchen, you could access a large terrace where you could enjoy a cigarette or sit in the evening and have a glass of wine. Jossie is always smiling, willing to make time for a chat, show you how to get to the nearest stores, or tell you about places worth visiting, like Ghajn Tuffieha Beach with its crystal-clear waters. We believe that this year's vacation in Malta was one of the best we've ever experienced. We are impressed and very grateful! We will strive to return next year! D&T

Everything was ok

Jonsie was very polite and helpful to all our questions. She made us feel like home!!! The room had everything we needed plus ip tv including Greek Chanel’s also. The location very close to the coast road where we found many places to eat and drink. We easily parked our rented car right outside the room.Thank you Jonsie for everything!!!
