Great view, clean, great communication with the owner, quiet area.

Perfect location in a more traditional part of Malta. The grand Harbour was beautiful especially at night.

The location and view was perfect!

The light comes into the bedroom through the living room so if you’re light sensitive it’ll wake you up in the morning

Lovely location, had everything we needed. Bed very comfortable and views over the harbour were amazing

The beautiful views of the harbour and marina . The location , close to places of interest and dinning. Good communication with our host, Howard . Good apartment facilities. Clean and airy apartment. Seeing the sunrise.

This modern appartment is in an older style property.Top of our "list" was the tranquility of the whole area and the panoramic view from the bay window ! Valletta is just a 20 minute ferry trip. The owners are comunicative,welcoming and attentive. It is well appointed and furnished to a high standard !

Address can confusing. Google maps (andBooking) both give different information. For taxi,be sure to use the co-ordinates given by the owners and you will have a great holiday.

Great view

It is difficult to have a better view. Very clean apartment. Very peaceful neighborhood, no street noise. Perfect communication with the host. Good restaurants that we tried are not very far, some 300-400 m. A short drive from/to the airport by Bolt.

Some stairs, but not too difficult.

The apartment is well equipped, and the location is perfect. Birgu, we felt was the best in the area with good restaurants, a number of small friendly shops, and felt authentic Maltese. The 15-minute walk to the ferry gave a senic way to get to Valletta. Above all, the outstanding view from the apartment made it worth staying there alone.

We have stayed in the Appartement for a Werk in February and it was really amazing. The check in is very easy with a key box so you're really flexible. We Just travelled by bus and no car but the flat was very easy to reach and there are a lot of buses. Howard, the owner of the Appartement, was very kind and checked in several times if we need something. When we had a little problem he arrived in unser 10 mins to help us and got it fixed! :) The kitchen was very well equiped for cooking during our stay and having dinner with that view was just amazing. You can also see ships coming in and leaving the Harbour which is great to observe. The flat was very very clean and we had a lot of towles to use. There is a washing machine in the bathroom which makes it even more easy. We would 100 percent come back again :)

Could be improved with more kitchen crockery and general kitchen equipment: knives etc.

A beautiful spacious apartment in a rustic building with magnificent view of the harbour. Located in a peaceful neighborhood in the enchanting locality of Birgu. The surrounding walkable areas are simply fantastical with so many picturesque alleys with the Maltese doors and windows. The building is easily accessible by cabs and the nearest ferry station is just 15 mins walk. For food don’t miss ‘d Centre’ a local authentic Maltese restaurant just 10 mins walk from here. We had dinner here almost daily. It’s a fine apartment which has been neatly furnished and has everything you will need including a fridge, TV, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and is located on 1st floor (no elevator). The view of the harbour from the living room is simply magnificent. Birgu is the best area to stay in Malta if you want to experience the old enchanting rusticity of this country.

Excellent view, good location, quiet and beautiful neigborhood, there was everything we needed in the apartment, easy communication and helpful host, 10 minutes drive with Bolt/Uber to Valleta center, and 5 min walk to ferry to Valleta.

The view of the harbour was excellent ( but partly obscured by a large flyscreen) The apartment was clean and the towels were clean and plentiful When you did get to a bus stop the buses were excellent

It was difficult to find the property. The host did not warn us that the local square was closed for refurbishment and that the bus route had been diverted. The walk from the new bus stop was much longer and involved steep climbs with your luggage. The property was identified by the colour of the door as the address was not clear. Once inside there was a lift but we were not permitted to use it. The stairway did not have any handrails or lighting. The TV required 2 remotes and we were never able to access it properly. Maybe one was broken or had a flat battery? The sofa was uncomfortable for any length of time There were no restaurants within easy reach as the roads/steps were too steep

The view from the apartment is perfect. The location is good to go to Valletta by ferry. We were three so one slept on sofa which could be more comfortable. But everything else was correct. Good communication with host. So next time we would probably choose it again.

Comfortable, clean apartment in a quiet area. Good for exploring bustling Valletta and quiet Birgu. Renovated, functionally equipped with great attention to detail, there is everything you need, the kitchen even includes tea, salt, a dishcloth and liquid. We stayed only for two nights, but we also recommend it for longer trips (large fridge, oven, washing machine). Thank you for allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. A beautiful view - it's nice in case of uncertain weather. Very good contact with Howard. We would like to come back if we are in Malta again :)

Location would have been excellent if the candle festival had gone a head . Was quiet and never heard any noise. The view was good from our window the only thing I would suggest is maybe have a little map of Birgu in the apartment for people's first time .

Nothing had everything we needed.

Beautiful clean and well furnished apartment overlooking the boats. Ideal for two (for a third person it's ok too, but you have to take into account that you will sleep in the kitchen).

Apartment is very cozy and has all you might need. Everything is and looks exactly as in photos. The place is very convenient, close to oldtown and harbor to Valletta. However, it was quite difficult to find at first cause navigation led to another building. Also, we did not reach it by car; in order not to waste time driving in circles we parked it down by the water which was even better decision as it is only five minutes walking and less confusing when you need to leave.

The best thing about this appatment is clearly the view. Pictures are good but it is another level in real. Very well equiped, you have a place to swim 5 minutes by foot and again : the view. Communication with Howald was perfect as well. Thank you !
