I had a lovely room with air. Con. Breakfast gr8 Also in evening Indian evening meal if you want. Quiet area but near to bus stop. Louise was a lovely host and v kind and helpful

Sound insulation was very poor — we could clearly hear what was happening in other parts of the house and sometimes even outside. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, and it really felt like there should have been a second toilet for convenience. The price didn’t quite match expectations based on the photos — it looked better online than in reality. Overall, it was okay considering we spent most of the day outside, but sleeping at night was difficult due to the noise and lack of comfort.

We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Also, the host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in/check-out times were convenient and flexible, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated that the rooms were tidied during our stay — beds were made, and attention was paid to clean vs. used towels, which made the stay feel more cared for.

Nice place in a little silent street on the upper part of St.Julian, 7 minutes walk to St.Paul bay! The bus stop is near the hotel and the streets are full of cats and plants. The hotel is cleaned every day, sheets are changed periodically and rooms have a little terrace and a big private bathrooms. Would come back there!

It's a 10 minute walk from a lot of activities in St Julians. Staff were nice and friendly and the place was very clean in a nice very quiet and peaceful area.

Rating would be higher if not incorrect information which was given. Upon reservation I contacted guesthouse directly to ensure that there would be breakfast and I received the following answer "Yes breakfast can be booked and served at our hotel. The price is 10 euro p/p." Two weeks before the arrival when cancellation was not possible anymore, they confirmed the reservation and advised that there was no breakfast due to kitchen refurbishment. I am sorry but I am sure you plan such works well in advance and you should inform your guests accordingly.

Location of the guesthouse was in the residential area - quiet, safe and within a walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The room was equipped with tv and AC (AC is really important during the summer) and bathroom with shower. It would be good to have a fridge though. There were some issues with wifi in the second week but the staff did their best to resolve them. Pick up and drop off to the airport were arranged promptly and with a fair price.

dont think the sheets was changed new washed. found woman hair several times. and i had no woman with me entrace door key was a hassle. very hard to open and close main door. need a new locker and keys. i asked something on whatsapp the owner, never replied to me even i had the DISTURB sign on my door when left, someone was in the room cleaning it....

What a lovely place! This family-run guest house is perfect for visiting St. Julian's as it's just a few minutes on foot from the main streets but also in a quiet residential area so you won't get bothered by noise at night. The room and bathroom were clean, breakfast was good, check-in was smooth and the people running the place are really nice. I'll stay here again next time.

Everything was fine, really. The balcony from our room was looking into some roof and other building so maybe we missed a bit of fresh air - it was so hot in Malta and where the beds were there is just a window and to get to the balcony we had to go through our toilet. And one bed was uncomfortable and it was as if the mattress was broken. But we did not report that to the hosts because they were so nice and we didn't want to complain, so that was our fault.

The hosts were so nice and ready to help and give any information we needed. The bus station is near, just down the street. For breakfast they offer you few options and you can choose what you prefer - sweet or salty or a bit of both in our case :) I really liked the whole place in general. And my bed was just right.

The location very close to the bus station and its just 10-15 mins walking distance to Pacevile. The property is in a silent area. It has a gardenary. The owner lady is very friendly, helpful and caring. She is such a nice lady even arguing that why i dont eat breakfast :). Also boys are friendly, helpful and kind

Our stay was very good. The family that runs it is charming and very friendly. Pay attention to our requests/questions. Close to the bus stop and a good area for parking. Clean room with AA. The big bathroom. The beds, two singles of 80cm. The breakfast good. Yes, I recommend the accommodation
