Clean and like the pictures

When we booked it said that breakfast was included but eventually it wasnt

I had a lovely room with air. Con. Breakfast gr8 Also in evening Indian evening meal if you want. Quiet area but near to bus stop. Louise was a lovely host and v kind and helpful

Nothing

We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Also, the host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in/check-out times were convenient and flexible, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated that the rooms were tidied during our stay — beds were made, and attention was paid to clean vs. used towels, which made the stay feel more cared for.

Sound insulation was very poor — we could clearly hear what was happening in other parts of the house and sometimes even outside. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, and it really felt like there should have been a second toilet for convenience. The price didn’t quite match expectations based on the photos — it looked better online than in reality. Overall, it was okay considering we spent most of the day outside, but sleeping at night was difficult due to the noise and lack of comfort.

Everything was great. Host was very friendly, always willing to help 🙂

Nice place in a little silent street on the upper part of St.Julian, 7 minutes walk to St.Paul bay! The bus stop is near the hotel and the streets are full of cats and plants. The hotel is cleaned every day, sheets are changed periodically and rooms have a little terrace and a big private bathrooms. Would come back there!

Bar is pretty expensive but it's an optional

Location of the guest house is close to the main road and there’s a bus station in the close proximity. Also, you can reach in like 10 min walking the center of the area where you can find restaurants and a shopping center but also a beach. At the guest house I liked that they have a bar, a nice area to serve breakfast or dinner. In the room I liked that I found a blow dryer and that the AC had heat mode

Unfortunately, in my room no 1, there is a big issue with the ceiling sensor’s lights. The lights are blinking all the time and it’s disturbing during nighttime. And also if you have a room at the ground floor you can hear everything , including the personnel who comes at 6 am and starts cleaning. And lastly I noticed on the service list that they offer luggage room but that’s not true. A few other guests were asking and got no for an answer so I was not the only one who expected this. Probably should take this out of the services provided

We really enjoyed our stay here .. staff was very friendly and helpful … accommodation is very close to bus stop, it’s in centre - where there are many shops and attractions here but it’s in quiet part of city :) beach was close to .. it was lovely to spend a week here ! Room was cleaned everyday.. we had AC and balcony :)

It's a 10 minute walk from a lot of activities in St Julians. Staff were nice and friendly and the place was very clean in a nice very quiet and peaceful area.

A kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

There was no water to shower during the stay, no partial refund after the complaint either
