Excellent views, very spacious and cool. Easy parking, well equipped.

Air con is on a coin operated meter.

Lovely 3 story new build townhouse in courtyard of 4 similar properties on outskirts of Qala with views down to sea. Around 10 mins drive from Mgarr port and easy access to the rest of Gozo. Immediate neighbours are close but there are far reaching views. We loved the spacious main rooms, attractive limestone, quality finishes and the high ceiling/beams. The small pool and sunbathing platform were great. We did not use the garden and BBQ area but this looked nice, albeit down some steps away from the property. The kitchen was very well equipped, . Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Wi-Fi was excellent. The upper Den area had an X Box/TV but we did not use this. Useful understairs utility room with washer and WC. The first floor master bedroom was extremely spacious with large sun terrace. The 2nd floor en-suite had 2 fabulous roof terraces and the largest shower room. Great support by the agent, Baron Holidays Excellent cleaning from the mother and daughter team

The kitchen island unit seemed to have been installed the wrong way round for some reason (with the cook having their back to everyone else). It also had a sloping high breakfast bar which could not be used and restricted access to the cupboards. There was also no empty cupboard for food purchases. There were no soft furnishing (cushions) as pictured for some reason. The lounge TV was not a SMART set (only had local channels). No furniture on the roof terraces. The 2nd floor is only accessible by a very narrow and steep stone spiral staircase which was impractical, so much so we could not get luggage up here The first floor en-suite shower room was tiny. The toilet could only be used by a petite persons due to the size and position of the basin. The shower itself though was spacious. Its a shame that a large luxury bathroom was not planned for this area as there was a lot of space. The family bathroom was also very bijou and the toilet was crammed against the wall. Access from front door is via 6 steps to entrance hall with no handrail. Coupled with the difficult access to the 2nd floor this property could be challenging for those with mobility problems or for young children
