    Apartment was dirty when we arrived. terrace looked nothing like advertised, intact it was extremely disappointing. Bathrooms were dirty, toilets were dirty. Whole place was not up to expectations.

    Location was close to ferry. Short walk to supermarket and short drive into town

    They could have the cleaning service empty the garbage pails - Shampoo is not hand soap. All the apartment had was hand soap. Also I made a mistake on my arrival day and they made no corrections for me. There is no sunset Veiw—— the sun sets on the complete other side of the apartment!

    View was incredible of the church and harbor— But the name is wrong - NO sunset view at all. Easy 1 mile walk to Mgarr harbor

    Apartment was in a gd location and had a lift on arriva we was given a 4 bedroom apartment I booked 3 bed as cheaper than some other 2bed properties we found that some of the items listed was not in Apartment ie iron electric kettle toilet roll and alot of other items and we always cheak over/hob in every apartment we book to make sure they work .we found that the gas was not working / gas bottle had run out I messaged the management to mention the problems and was asked if we could to change the bottle ourselves after being told housekeeper probably couldn't do it themselves. And that Gas bottle is in lobby downstairs by frontdoor I said we shouldn't be doing it as cant really lift but will try Was told housekeeper would be round next morning to replace items that was missing but no show I messaged them again to say no one had been and got a message to say they will get them to come and again no show response this time was that housekeeper couldn't come due to access because of carnivals bearing in mind we was in area that is not near the carnival villages as I have been to gozo many many times and know the island well. we then had a flood from sink in bathroom as it was leaking /gushing water when you use it i messaged straight away and got a response of sorry you have problem with sink will see if cleaners can come and will try and get sink looked at After a 4/5 days of no show housekeeper /cleaners and nothing about sink was really disappointed we had paid alot for a service and apartment that was not what we got we feel that if people/management apartments/properties and advertise with items and services they need to fulfil what they are advertising poorly managed and poor service .

    I am not sure if the hot tub was well maintained and if it was working, we did not try to use it since we did not know for sure. Ideally owner has a maintenance log next to it. Almost no soap and shampoo was available. Check in and check out are a bit too late and too early. In terms of price I think its a bit over priced, however property is good an we liked it, in my opinion a 100 - 150 euro per night is the proper rate for the property.

    The penthouse was clean and well furnished. Parking was easy, there was a nice terrace, TV and internet. Kitchen was well equipped.

    Firstly had to stay in a dofferent apartment as the one i booked was completely filthy.. the one i booked wasnt ready till the next day 2pm which by the wya was still not clean and food still left from previous people.. jacuzzi was green and dirty.. the outside furniture is non existent cant sit outside its all broken. Could have been advised that i needed change for the metre for the air-conditioning only works by you paying in a metre with 1 or 2 eur coins.

    Lift was not working (my parent are over 65, that was really difficult for them to walk everyday from 3rd floor!) Duvets were dirty and smelly, my parents had to wash everything on the first day. No wardrobes or any place to hang the clothes. All drawers and cabinets smelled of moulds The table on the balcony was completely smashed into many parts and no one even cleaned it up. Internet was slowly. All furniture was dusty. The roof with sun beds and jacuzzi were completely closed, after 3 days we received message that now is open but no jacuzzi.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the condition of the property located at Ta Phyllis Gozo that we rented from you for short let. Despite your assurances, the house was in an unacceptable state upon our arrival, with numerous cleanliness and safety concerns. The house was full of dust, spiders, spider webs, and even trash left behind by previous occupants. The dishes were unwashed, several lightbulbs are not working, and the washing machine is locked with other people’s clothes in it. Furthermore, the sofa in the living room is broken, posing a significant safety risk, especially as we have a pregnant woman staying with us. The glass furniture is also broken, increasing the hazard. We have attempted to reach you multiple times via phone after promising us to send someone to clean, but you have ignored all our calls after not sending anyone. Shame on you! Never again! Not recommended at all!

    Lift only worked one of the five days and we had to manage 40 plus steps up and down. It was very taxing due to our medical conditions. Cleanliness very sub standard. Soiled underwear and personal effects left behind. No toilet paper although advertised. Missing sheets and others dirty.

    Location was awesome.

    the appartament was booked for 5 adults and it was good for 4 adults and the fifth bed was in a small room with not even a window or some ventilation. it was mentioned that there gonna be an iron and there wasn't. and the worst of all it was saying that was accessible for lift service and we didnt even fot noticed on the check in that the lift wasnt working and we had a guest that was disabled and he couldn't go up in the appartament cause of the lift. we complained and we didn't had an answer what was going on. this is an acceptable. with those money we paid we could went into a hotel!!! On another note you shouldn't book the appartament for 5 cause its for 4.

    There were no facilities (trash bags, toilet paper,). No vacuum or broom to clean ourselves. There was half used soap. Dirty bedsheets, floors and bathrooms. Dirty dishes in the cupboard. As we arrived the sink in one bathroom was leaking. The shower was dirty, clogged drain and pubes on the walls. The elevator didn’t work. WE HAD TO PAY FOR AIR CONDITIONING. We were only informed about the 1€/2€ pay after sending deposit money and ID. And the registration wasn’t very direct and reachable. When we requested the needed facilities, we got a reply that it will be talked with house keeping, but no action was taken. And leading up to the trip we asked for pictures of the apartment but the owner didn’t respond. We were convinced that we were getting scammed the whole way there.

    Location was good. Interior and beds were nice. The balcony was nice.

    You give 29 eur deposit just in case you break something but you dont get it back if you don’t. To use the a.c you need to pay at the property to be able to turn it on!

    After confirming a stay you get ridiculous things to do ,if you wanna really enter a place.english phone number on whatsapp where you have to send copy of your passport,then two options with your visa card payments,or 300 euro refundable or 30 euro Non refundable payment for a future damage of a property.you have no other option ,as pay it in property . So either you give away on unknown whatsapp number your full personal details included visa card,which is actually again a law or they will not let you enter a property .and you wouldnt get a code to get a keys.in that step also you cant cancel your stay,because they will charge you fully.so either you pay extra non refundable 30 euro or 300 refundable,but also during the payment you have there agreement that you will accept any other payments in future.so you give yourself and your card to the hands of somebody which you have no idea who is it.never had something like this in any of my past bookings anfld i had a hundreds of them.its a english company which is running 6-7 properties on booking.com .when contacting them by phone they told me that they are hotel.so if you are hotel,i can pay you in reception,no? Then suddenly it wasnt hotel and it was not possible to pay in property.

    Apartment is really spacious and beautiful - I think it is the perfect option for a big group. The location is also very good, it is not so far from the ferry, town and beaches are also easily reachable. I would definitely recommend! :)

    The reception were always active and helpful and provided everything we needed, and helped us even after our stay ended, and the place was very clean and had an amazing view to the church. The kitchen had every needed equipment and there is a supermarket 4 minutes aways in the end of the street. Also the most important thing the house is pretty spacious and cozy at the same time so we had an amazing experience :)

    Although the place itself has a nice potential, unfortunately the management of the apartment is one of its biggest weaknesses. At our arrival we were directed to the top floor apartment. Everything looked so good, there was a nice terrace with good views etc. After we managed to unpack all our luggage I got an information that someone on the reception made a mistake and we checked into a wrong apartment. Of course kids started crying as they already liked the terrace, and we lost a lot of time unpacking and packing all stuff back again, but ok let it be. After we got re-directed to the ground floor apartment and checked in again the situation has repeated! Again we got an info that someone made a mistake, we are in the wrong place and we should move to the 1st floor apartment. This all got so ridiculous that thanks God they have only 3 apartments in the building, otherwise we might have ended up looking for the right apartment for the rest of our stay! Moreover, we got verbal confirmation that there would be some financial compensation proposed to us for such inconvenience, however unfortunately the management got silent till the end of our stay despite some questions about the details of any proposal. From the other points, our deposit was approx 80% of the overall cost of the stay, in my opinion that’s quite a lot, especially considering a very long and detailed list of items for which one can be charged in the end. This caused some additional subconscious stress to me, even though no one intended to break any rules or make any damage. Check in process is also weird, as they require you to send out a very sensitive personal data, including scans of your ID what can cause some serious problems in case of any unintended data loss or leakage. We haven’t seen such strict procedure in any of our other stays in Malta. From the apartment itself, forget about the sunset views as the view to west is blocked by other buildings even at the roof level.

    The apartment is quite spacious, which is useful for families. There is a decent number of cooking equipment in the kitchen if you plan to cook yourself. We didn’t so in our case it did not make any difference.

    Had problems entering the premises for some reason, although Tony, one of the workers was there and welcomed us immediately . He was kind enough to explain everything we wanted to know. At home before leaving to Gozo, phoned the UK number listed, however, there was only an answering machine and so, had nobody to talk to, to explain my needs.

    All essential amenities were near the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The roof had a wonderful view which was shared with other guests of the same building.

    the apartment was brand new and was ultra modern and very spacious.I think I think I was the first guest as it opened because nothing had been used it felt like driving a brand new luxury car the host were really excellent with me they did everything to help make my stay exceed my expectations as they said they would there was an issue with the shower head nothing major and they were there to replace it very fast we watched the sun set over Gozo from the sky garden at the top of the hotel it was amazing, the views over the island Comino and blue Lagon y unbelievable this place is so romantic perfect to propose or enjoy the spectacular sunset views over blue lagun I will definitely return in the summer with my partner and with friends too they offer jet sky and a boat trip in a yacht I wish I new it before this is now my favourite place in Gozo absolutely recommend this place and I will book the private yacht when I return btw the apartment was super clean and nothing negative thank you for lovely stay
