Lack on maintenance in all departments no coffee table in front of sofa, beds very noisy, and mattresses not so comfy. All considered its good for the price, but not good for Summer, No AC, so in Summer I assume that the heat would be unbearable.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor, amazing sea view. Very quiet location, no sound of traffic or passing cars at all. Nice big balconies, Apartment was clean, and best of all pet friendly.

House wasn’t ready to receive us… we had to wait a lot! +We had to do our own bed with bedsheets given by the owner. +TV wasn’t working.. my son had to request them to connect the cables and to be given a remote control.

Access to the room, assigned to me on the second floor, was only with an elevator. I think normal stairway access would have made me feel more comfortable, especially if the lift had broken down with us inside. The accommodation is located in a fairly out of the way position and there are no commercial or tourist establishments in the surrounding area and without an autonomous means of transport I would have had great difficulties.

Breathtaking panorama, tranquillity, silence for a stay in absolute relaxation. The large windows and balconies let in light everywhere. The doors and furniture are in real wood, even if the style is a little too heavy.

The place is in desperate need of renovation and some care. Add and new equipment in kitchen.

The accommodation had a great view and was relatively clean.

This was the third time we stayed here and it will probably be our last. The place is crying out for some maintenance. Broken shower door, very old towels and mattresses and an old heater which looked dangerous. Truly a pity.

The location is the best attribute of this property. Great view, quiet area and lovely terrace on which to chill. The apartment was also clean and is pet friendly.

The place is set in an Amazing location however it is in severe need of refurbishment! Couldn't sleep well at all, mattress felt as if it was full of stones. There is a huge list I would change which is impossible to mention all here. Should the necessary equipment be installed/changed, it would be classified amongst the top places to book!

The place is simply Awesome! Totally spectacular view. Fell in love with the place as soon as I arrived 💕

Old bed sheets, mattresses need to be changed, No tumble dryer, needs update in cutlery 🍴, needs update furniture, No A/C's, need more ropes for hanging clothes and pins, needs curtains by the kitchen windows so you can stay in privacy. No dishwashing soap. Some of the bulbs 💡 needs to be change.

The place is in desperate need of renovation. The linens and towels are old and worn out, there aren't enough utensils in the kitchen (there wasn't a cutting board, for example), everything (an I mean it - everything) was dirty, or rusty, or something. Found a hair on the shower floor, most of the cups and cutlery had some sort of stains or leftover food on them, etc. Which is a real shame, because just by simply updating some essentials like the bed and a leather couch, stocking up the kitchen, investing in a better cleaning service,and giving the walls a fresh coat of paint could make this place truly outstanding.

Great view from the terrace and a very friendly owner. We couldn't really use it because of the strong wind, but the views were awesome both in the morning - you can see the coastline, the beach and the deep-deep sea, and at night - the stars shine bright here! Lots of friendly cats in the area and a bus stop just a few steps away.

Occasionally, there was a bad smell coming up from the back yard. The place could do with some fixing up and better cleaning.

Incredible views, spacious and good layout. The owner was on hand and addressed any needs and requests.

1. Apartment does not lock - all balcony locks broken. 2. Cockroaches in kitchen. 3. Beds unusable and full of bed bugs. 4. Railings loose and unsafe. 5. No kettle, only some prehistoric pan thing that boiled water on the cooker hob after about 20 minutes. 6. Hot tub (advertised) is broken - no control panel, just filled with filthy cold water. 7. No hot water at all. 8. Washing machine broken. 9. Bedding and towels all filthy and old/torn. 10. Shooting range opposite - constant shots fired days and night. 11. Fans rusty and dangerous. 12. Fridge rusty and dangerous. 13. No parking as advertised - only street parking. 14. No lights in communal hallway and front door broken - literally propped up against a wall. 15. Toilets don’t flush properly. 16. Exterior lighting doesn’t work. 17. Broken toilet seat. 18. My 1 year old daughter ended up needing hospital treatment as she was covered head to toe in bed bug bites. 19. Mattress springs breaking through bed and sticking into your body. 20. Faeces stains on furniture. 21. Bodily fluid stains on mattresses. 22. Fire extinguishers missing. 23. Rubbish stacked everywhere. 24. Missing light fittings. 25. Entire premises filthy. 26. Maltese Tourist Board have confirmed that the property is not registered with them (a legal requirement in that jurisdiction). I am STILL waiting for booking.com to sort this out - countless emails and phone calls and they are still not taking responsibility. Again, I want their senior management to get in touch and reply to my complaint ASAP!
