Too many emails for an online check-in that is not even needed. Toilet paper and rubbish bags available just “to get us started” - replacements are not provided. The opening time of the pool is from 9:00-19:00. These are the hottest times so it is impossible to have a cool swimming time. The wording of the instructions and information posters is a bit threatening (maybe they have had many bad experiences, who knows!)

Clean and functional. Good AC system. Underground parking place. Nice swimming pool. Good size washing machine. Beach parasol provided (although broken but working). Timely communication on site.

Extremely spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning was definitely needed, although the fans located on the balcony make it hotter and noisy when the units are on. Each bedroom had a balcony, and there was a larger one with a sea view from the lounge/dining area. There are many supermarkets nearby, and just a short 5 minute walk takes you to the seafront with many great places to eat.

No in room guidance on the overall facility for rubbish etc. Room not fully ready even after the stated arrival time. Otherwise service excellent

The actual area the apartment was in was very scruffy and alot of building work was going on close by.

Water pressure could have been a little better and the WiFi didn’t reach the far bedroom.

It was airy and spacious, great views from the balcony. Had everything we needed. The location was great and the pool was a very welcome thing after a long hot day. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The bed in the middle room had a broken grate, the children slept on it because the adults failed. Very bad water pressure. Chaotic communication. enough limited number of towel

The WIFI reception was poor every where in the property except in the lounge.

The property was very clean and spacious. The pool was never crowded with plenty of sun loungers. A great selection of restaurants within a ten minute walk.

About the accomodation, nothings.

The apartment and the building were cleaned, and welcoming. I received lots of communication about accessing the accommodation, checks, and practice to be aware about the area. Although I had few issues with the apartment, they were all rectified within a day. The accomodation was really spacious, and bright. I will definitely rent a car at this location. The shared swimming pool was of a good size, in a beautiful surroundings

Spacious and clean apartment. The pool was excellent, perfect for our young family. Easy walk into town and the little corner shop that stayed open late was a life saver. Parking garage was very convenient. Great communication from the staff.

We had apartment on the 5th floor and lift was out of service. After all day in the sun the climb to the apartment was the last thing you want. If someone has heart or mobility issues that would be a challange.. No clear instructions how to turn on dishwasher to work or other kitchen equipment. There was small electric switch not cleary labelled what for is it. We found out on our last day by mistake😅. Matterace on big bed was uncomfortable i think it needs to be replaced. There was big hole on one side.Felt like on water bed.

Lot of space, modern and very clean. We had 2 bathrooms which waa great wirh 4 people and 2 balcons, One with view on the see.☺️.All equipment needed was there. Pool small but enough to relax. Kids had lots of fun. Overall we had great time and really happy from our stay.
