Double bed wasn't comfortable at all...very cheap matress quality. Pool area very noisy due to works carried out at the apartment block....inadequate quantity of sunbeds for pool users Balcony area not big enough to sit out on and aircon unit situated on balcony blows hot air at you when sitting there Ensuite shower was tiny but worked fine.

Both the location and the property are excellent.

The beds and pillows are not comfy!!

Clean and functional. Good AC system. Underground parking place. Nice swimming pool. Good size washing machine. Beach parasol provided (although broken but working). Timely communication on site.

Too many emails for an online check-in that is not even needed. Toilet paper and rubbish bags available just “to get us started” - replacements are not provided. The opening time of the pool is from 9:00-19:00. These are the hottest times so it is impossible to have a cool swimming time. The wording of the instructions and information posters is a bit threatening (maybe they have had many bad experiences, who knows!)

Extremely spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning was definitely needed, although the fans located on the balcony make it hotter and noisy when the units are on. Each bedroom had a balcony, and there was a larger one with a sea view from the lounge/dining area. There are many supermarkets nearby, and just a short 5 minute walk takes you to the seafront with many great places to eat.

We were upgraded and had a beautiful view of Marsalforn. Would book again.

No in room guidance on the overall facility for rubbish etc. Room not fully ready even after the stated arrival time. Otherwise service excellent

The apartment was an excellent size,everything you needed,and very clean.Nice view from balcony.

The actual area the apartment was in was very scruffy and alot of building work was going on close by.

200€ deposit still be blocked on your credit card, no shampoo, just a little soap bar per bathroom, pool is behind another building across the road and kids under the age of 14 have to be accompanied and watched when using the pool, plates are too big for the dishwasher, there'd block the propeller so you end up washing them in the sink, they charge 50€ if you don't clean the kitchen and the cutlery thoroughly, frying pans extremely scratched, was afraid to eat the Teflon;), the balcony was so small that it was even uncomfortable for 1 person to stay there, actually not usable as a group or family, no adapters for the plugs.

Pool really nice. Easy to get in. Apartment bigger than expected. Didn't feel overlooked.

It was airy and spacious, great views from the balcony. Had everything we needed. The location was great and the pool was a very welcome thing after a long hot day. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Water pressure could have been a little better and the WiFi didn’t reach the far bedroom.

The lift was out of order on arrival meaning we had to climb 5 flights of stairs from the car park with cases and shopping. The pool swipecards did not work, this was not quick to resolve. There was no information pack available for the apartment or the surrounding area.

The bed in the middle room had a broken grate, the children slept on it because the adults failed. Very bad water pressure. Chaotic communication. enough limited number of towel
