In an ideal world we would have had a balcony space to sit out but it really didn’t impact our stay and our view from the balcony we had was breathtaking! We also knew this when booking!

My mother and I stayed here for 4 nights last week and we were really happy with everything, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the location is fabulous, we had a sea view room which was just magic to wake up to, the room was so clean and plenty of space for the two of us. Breakfast had lots of options and we never had to wait for a table. Must mention the manager that came to our room to fix our AC (I never caught his name) and also Sahil who was so kind in trying to help us book a taxi remotely while we were stranded in Floriana after a concert. We were so grateful!

The hotel is renovated, but needs some fixing. It was difficult to open our bathroom door, both to get in and out, it was getting stuck on the floor

It was a very good stay. Location was good, not much in front but in 10-15 in any direction we had plenty of food options. The most important at that time was that it was quiet. No constructions around as it is happening a lot in Malta. Very nice view from the rooftop pool. The room was comfortable, with a coffee station, mini bar, and they do provide rope and sleepers which is nice. But the main reason I would go back is the BREAKFAST!!! It was amazing with a huge variety, and every morning there was something new.

I can imagine this hotel was once considered stylish, but it froze in time. There is probably better value for your money to be had in the area. The pictures definitely suggest a more modern place than it actually is Staff wasn't always as friendly

When we arrived we’d booked a family suit, However we only had one bed in the room we were allocated. The staff were really quick to respond and brought another bed to our room straight away, however this made it cramped and I was left thinking that maybe this was a standard room with a camp bed and not a family suit.

The room was renovated nice and modern. The pool area and spa were good. The staff were exceptionally nice, really friendly and very helpful.

Only niggle I had was no parasols at the pool. And with temperature in the 30's most days I feel they should be available.

The Hotel was great and staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The variety of food on offer every morning was mind blowing. Pool and pool bar exceptional and the views were stunning.

The hotel is a bit old, but it’s comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and Jacuzzi. The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was great too！

My room had a musty weird smell. The balcony was very small, I wouldn't call it a balcony. I spent some time at the rooftop pool, and they were playing slow sexual music, and there were kids around. It felt inappropriate. I requested a second room key, and the cleaner kept taking it from the room, which was annoying.

I had a sea view room on the 6th floor the view was amazing as if you were sleeping on the water. It was clean and comfortable.

The room was too small. I think I chose the best room, a sea view room, which was around 270 euros/night. This is almost the same price as other 5-star hotels. I never stay in others, so I am not sure if it is an average situation. However, the room is very small and old. The room may be more valuable for its location than for the room itself.

The breakfast was not outstanding but average and tasted OK. The location is excellent as it is on the coastline and you can see the sea as soon as you open the windows of the room.

We stayed for 3 nights and twice we had to ask for toilet paper as they leave just 1 in your room and not the best quality so it soon goes. We found it funny but also irritating. For a huge hotel as this one, there really isn't enough beds around the pool, and there were a few broken ones and not comfy at all.

Expensive for what it was. The local area could be tidier.

Excellent breakfast - so much choice with some variation each day. The hotel was very clean. We used the roof top bar, which was friendly. The pool looked nice. We booked an excursion via a stand in reception, which was great. Outside, cross the road and it's not far to the bus stop, which also goes to the airport. It's only about a 20 minute walk to the ferry for Valetta. There are some bars and restaurants, but most are down near the ferry. Across the road, there are steps down to the 'beach' - note, this is just rock and there is no sand locally. The sea can be entered and it's worth taking a snorkel.

Location to Beach ,restaurants, and town. VIew beautiful. Rooms comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool excellent although lounges with sunshade on would be better.Entertainment on rooftop was a bonus.A better dinner menu on the rooftop would also be beneficial. .View wonderful on the rooftop.Staff friendly and attentive.Bonus also to have cafe in hotel and breakfast excellent.

Only one lift was working with full hotel capacity. Sometimes, it was time-consuming to get the lift.

Close to all amenities, good location, very nice breakfast variety in terms of food. Staff was helpful.
