It is very close to the clubbing strip and the windows are not noise counselling. It got really loud past 7pm

We had booked an early flight and we arrived at 10:00 and unfortunately there was no option to check in until 16:00. The only area for improvement would be offering more discounts with the hotels restaurants.

Excellent would highly recommend the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect being right next to the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The breakfast had lots of options and the staff were very accommodating if you had dietary requirements.

I loved the decor & the facilities! The hot tub was amazing & the mirrored ceilings were unique! The bed was a little hard for my liking. Was quite noisy location even on the 9th floor!

Shower sliding door seal ineffective and water kept getting out when showering - floor was sopping wet. This is despite switching from hand held to overhead shower. The room windows were not soundproof - could hear people and clubbing music through the night despite being on the top floor. Advise proper ear plugs. We didn’t get milk replaced each day by house keeping - had to ask the reception to send up in evening.

Excellent location if you want to be close to the clubbing fever. Anyway, the noise wasn't so bad in this hotel. Our window was in the street and even at 12-03 am, when the music was at maximum, we could sleep. Of course you hear something but don't stress.

The only disappointment was the indoor pool was not heated enough like last year . Please note this is not a complaint as there is nothing to complain about we enjoyed our short stay but just an observation.

Jacuzzi had hair in it which was not ours as it was dark and I’m blonde. And the water runs to the floor from the shower.

The location is near an area that felt a bit shady especially at night. Unfortunately, the whole area near the sea was full of litter everywhere, broken glass and bad smell

The neighborhood is loud and sometimes hard to sleep at nights. Also we had an issue with our room keys, they couldn’t fix. We were sitting in a dark, as electricity didn’t work without the door key and only later, in the evening they somehow found a key for us.

No prices for minibar on the tv as the staff suggested. WiFi connection not great so it was difficult to play music through the tv. On check in the staff didn't give any information such as where to access the pool, when I asked we were told to find all the information on the tv.

Rooms were beautifully decorated, bed and pillows were comfy, amazing hot tub and shower. Food in the restaurant was very good and waiting staff were very helpful.
