Everything was great—our only small comment is that the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit better. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We stayed in a spacious apartment perfect for 7 people, with a large kitchen fully equipped with all amenities, four bathrooms, a big LCD TV, fast internet, and air conditioning in every room. The owner, Luke, was incredibly helpful—anything we needed, like extra towels or blankets, he provided within hours. Although we couldn’t check out late because the apartment was already booked, Luke kindly offered us another apartment free of charge to store our luggage before our trip to the airport. Great service and hospitality—we truly appreciated it!

No shower door/curtain, and seal around glass shower partition leaked (impossible to take shower without flooding bathroom). WiFi didn't work initially, but host fixed it quickly. Thereafter, no problem.

There is really nothing negative to say!

We stayed in "il Girna" from 29. April to 6. May 2025. and the best word to describe the apartment, Marsaskala and Malta itself is mesmerizing! To start from the apartment, it's a 60 meter square apartment (studio 1) with a fully equipped kitchen (there was also a coffee, various seasonings, oil, tee...left by the owner), the bed (king size bed plus sofa bed for two) was comfortable, big flat TV (there are sports channels!), and beautiful big balcony with Sea view (P.S. there was also a washing machine and air-conditioning). It's basically 5 minutes from the bus station to the whole of Malta! Marsaskala is a picturesque small town in the south part of Malta, it's a combination of traditional (it's quiet place with beautiful st. Thomas beach, the church of st. Anna served a holy mass multiple times every day, playgrounds, and beautiful hiking trails) and modern (various types of restaurants such as Thai, japanese, Turkish, Italian, fast food, and of course typical local cuisine). Luke, the owner, was super polite, and at the service all the time via booking massage. Check in is contactless, as the check out.

There were strange and loud sounds from upper floor. Did not understand what it was but it was 24/7 and made me awake several times per night...

Great location and city - promenade, palms, seaside, cafes and shops, Bolt / Wolt food delivery etc. There were always free spaces available in public parking just around the corner. Supermerket at the next street. 10 min walk till EuroSpar supermarket. Apartment was very clean, good quality and there was everything necessary for living - kitchen, stovetop, microwave, oven, coffee machine, loundry washing machine etc. Great TV with options to watch local TV channels for all the countries. Could watch TV as home - channels from Latvia in latvian :))) Thanks owners for this option! Very simple selfservice check-in and check-out process. Really recommend this place!

Spacious, spotlessly clean studio apartment with a large balcony and good view of the bay. Well set out apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and huge TV with loads of channels. Bed was also comfortable. Clear instructions for entry and good communication from owner. Plenty of nearby street parking. Close to a good supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants. We only stayed for 3 nights but would have been very happy to stay longer.

Everything was excellent! When we arrived, the room was spotless and well-organized, with all amenities readily available (AC, TV, mini-fridge, etc.). There was also a shared kitchen equipped with a microwave, essentials like olive oil, salt, and pepper, as well as thoughtful extras such as shampoo. Luke, the host, was incredibly kind and always available. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
