Proximity to the places of interest in St Jullian's and beyond. Room was tidy and in order when we checked in. It is also not too difficult to locate since the entrance is on the main street.

the whole place has problems with moisture, both the bed and the walls reek of moisture. the smell is not plesant at all. I reckon that it is ok during dry season, but in winter/spring, it really does smell. Also beware of the entrance doors - it has a mind of its own!

it was generally clean, very close to the bus station, easy to enter and exit. the room is spacious and the bed is big and comfy. tv works just fine as well as the kitchen.

the water pressure and temperature was very bad the first two days. not sure whose fault..

it was close to everything. it was very big and the balcony was nice. very clean

On the first day everything looked great at first glance, but first they changed my room during check in. Subsequently, I could not get through on the phone. If someone from the neighbor rooms started the shower there was a loud stream of water from a poorly sealed pipe in the ceiling of the shower. (I was woken up about ten times overnight, there were no Batteries in the TV remote control. The remote control for the air conditioning was not working. The next day after changing rooms it was better and everything was working as it should.

Easy check-in and access to the hotel at all times. Friendly staff.

Noise; could easily hear people going up and down in stairwells all night. Very noisy area and on the main traffic street. Double glazed windows in main bedroom made it bearable but still could hear the rev heads hammering past in cars. Location; central but situated adjacent to main nightclub area and main street, so the whole area is a party place for most of the evening and early morning. Not uncommon to see drunk people passed out on the street below. But i will say the building does have good security for access in. Safety; we noticed all the smoke alarms were removed from inside the apartment with wires hanging from the ceiling and ALSO the main stairwell area on our level (level 3). Raised concerns with staff who said they are aware but will not be reinstalled for atleast a month, and it should be ok even with no fire or smoke alarms on the entire floor. Made us very uncomfortable and a poor response. Cleanliness; we found no pillow protectors on any pillows, the pillows themselves were heavily stained yellow. This is not acceptable with covid and other communicable diseases. Overall the apartment also needs a deep scrub and the mould dealt with. If you are 25 years old and want to party hard in St Julians, then the apartment is fine. Otherwise perhaps not, look elswehere. It would seem they have dropped the ball quite a bit from when they were getting high ratings.

Kitchenette was functional. Shower was good.

The street is very noisy. If you travel for rest and sleep you cant sleep at all. The street is always crowded, noisy, the workers are doing streets mantainance at night so...

The room was clean and looked like an apartament. We taught is new but it wasnt but seemed well.

Property had damp problems, very bad smell. We had two rooms because we refused the first as it had obvious signs of damp on the walls. The next room on the first floor didn't show the damp but did smell of it badly. The lady running the place works hard, does all the cleaning and customer service and is fighting a loosing battle as she doesn't have time to clean the property correctly, needs some help from the owners, modernisation. I don't understand why the rooms are so well rated unless these ratings are being tampered with. l

- Room needs renovation - Wallpaper is partially coming off the walls - A Power-Socket is not installed correctly and comes out of the wall - There is a large hole above the shower. The water system above has a leak. Sometimes after showering, the water falls into the shower for hours. - In the toilet often drops water continuously. In addition, the water in the toilet does not stop after flushing. Water runs continuously (Then you have to press like 4 times and after 5-10 Min it stops). - The water from faucet of the washbasin flows in all directions. - The door handle to the bathroom fell off when it was being used. We reattached it and were able to make it usable again. - Generally poor maintenance, table legs that rust, the corners in the bathroom and the shower head, which rust too…

- Excellent location - Very friendly staff - Lots of space in the room - Mosquito net in front of the window - TV with opportunity to use Netflix
