Reviews of Spacious & Stylish 3BR Penthouse With Large Terrace - Close to Spinola Bay

The location

When we arrived at the property we were very disappointed because the pictures on booking.com website was not a true reflection of the property furnitures. We could not use the living room because the sofa was disturbingly disgusting, it was stripping and covered in mold. There was only 1 television in the entire apartment located in the living room. They left the big empty TV box in the living room in a corner on the floor. The kettle in the kitchen did not work and they never even left a complementary bottle of water for guest. There were no basic items in the kitchen like coffee, salt or even a bottle of water. I had to contact the manager to even get dishwasher tablets. The inside of the kitchen cupboards had nasty water marks all over the cupboards. The beds did not have fresh linen as the first night we could smell body Oder on the bed linens and pillow case and had to ask for them to be changed the next day. They had old ,dirty and stained quilts stored inside the wardrobes in the main bed room. The beds them self were the worst I’ve ever experience the mattresses were so soft you almost feel like you will fall on the floor when you sit on the bed. The beds were squeaky with every single turn it was a nightmare. The apartment had lots of mold all around. Worst place I have ever stayed at.
