Clean, tidy, modern with great facilities.

The location to the Marsaxlokk promenade, restaurants, Sunday markets, boat trips. The apartment was spacious, well appointed with dishwasher, washing/drying machines, cutlery, crockery, hand soap, linen & appeared to have either been recently renovated or built. The main bedroom was comfortable. Nice wrap around balcony with some water views. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

The second bedroom has an unfinished wardrobe which, on arrival, was storing cleaning products, mops, brooms, buckets, ladder & building products which had to be cleared out to allow for clothing. The unfinished wardrobe door is narrow & arms were scraped several times on the bricks. Power went off twice during our 11 day stay. The owner was notified of all faults. Once all issues are addressed, this apartment will be a real gem.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. There were clear instructions about the WiFi, the TV, the waste and Emergency services. The location is great. As we were staying for a month there were some small issues that we found but I have to say that the host Edward dealt with them immediately and without any problem at all. Very impressed.

Just a very small point, albeit that everything was very clean I do think that the bed linen and pillows need to be replaced.

Great location, close to boat trips, shops and amazing restaurants but yet a very quiet place. The apartment is having it all, very specious, so clean and well equipped. One of the bedrooms is en-suite, with a decent shower. Bedroom 2 is a little smaller but still so very comfy with a separate bathroom. The balcony is just what is needed, being able to go out on it from all rooms, we loved that. Livingrooom is big enough and the kitchen had it all. If u wanted to cook u could do it easily. Just great. We received a lot of support from Edward and we all appreciated it so much.

Breakfast NA Loved the location, the impeccable taste of designer of this 2br/2ba apt, 2nd floor corner unit with a wraparound balcony, and so much more. The entire unit was tastefully furnished, and all amenities were in place and much appreciated. The washer and the lift were a huge plus, especially for travelers on long journeys with minimal clothing to lug around. It was a perfect unit and host/owner Edward was gracious, supportive, and helpful. He has specific instructions, recommendations, and valuable information typed and displayed on the table for all guests to refer to. We arrived at 1245am after a 2hr45min flight delay. But Edward hung in there with us, encouraging us as we worried about getting to our unit after 1am in the morning. He told us to give the taxi driver his number, they spoke, and when arrived at the apt, there was Edward, waiting out on the street for us. We hugged him and thanked him for his kind heart, for worrying about us, and for being there for two old ladies (76yo and 79yo) when we needed him the most. The rest is history!! We had an incredible time in Marsaxlokk; food everywhere was a foodie's delight!! Will be back to stay longer!!!

A longer stay!!!

The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need it is decorated nicely with clean lines & is very spacious .

I can't think of anything we were totally happy .

The location is so authentic Malta, with all the painted wooden boats. We went on a trip from here to St Peters pool , which was very interesting and relaxing. The area is interesting with all the local fishermen bringing in the daily catch and fresh fish is sold at the Sunday market. Lots of restaurants facing the sea view also selling the daily catch. Bus stop just up the road to catch the 81 or 85 bus to Valletta, from here you can go to many places from the bus station,where you can also purchase a weekly travel pass for 21 euro, but all destinations only cost 2 euro. The apartment is very clean and modern with a small wrap round balcony, just right to sit in the fresh air, washing machine and dryer useful ,also a dish washer. The apartment has a lift and is on the 1st floor, only a few minutes from the front ,lovely to walk in the evenings with all the buzz of the restaurants and the tree line is all lit with fairy lights. Very much enjoyed our stay,the owner responded quickly to our travel questions and was very helpful, thank you.

The apartment is great, really nice location near bus station, amazing kitchen, really well equiped kitchen, tv has netflix and youtube, market is near. All in all amazing

The apartment is clean and has two bathrooms, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It is near the sea, the center and the restaurant Liska and a sushi bar with so tasty food. Pretty bay is a sandy beach just a few stops away.

Just a little noisy in the mornings, but the doors are with a good isolacion 😊

Big apartment, price is ok.

The block is still in construction so there was lot of noise in the morning and apartment was little dusty of work at the block.

Amazing flat with washing machine and dryer. Very close to the promenade and restaurants

It was perfect. Very quiet area at only 100 meters from the seaside with plenty of restaurants. The flat is in a new building so the flat was new, modern and very clean. Very well furnished including washing machine. Something important : no issue to park his car along the building or the street !
