Beautiful house with a massive living room and beautiful balcony, the rooms were pretty big, and everything was well cleaned

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, but apart from that everything was good!

Location of the apartment was great, close to all the amenieties of the area and not too far from the airport.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not great on arrival. The floor hadn't been mopped, the chairs in the kitchen area were dirty on the back and the chairs and tables on the balcony were very dirty. The drains were blocked as we came to have showers the water was coming up on the terrace. We came to unpack and the en-suite bedroom drawer set fell apart when attemping to open. The bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable and after a bit of investigation had broken slats and the third bedroom set of drawers didn't open without collapsing either. The apartment was for six people. There were only 2 mugs on arrival one of which was chipped. Two bowls for cereal - appreciate that people break things but should be replaced for the next set of guests.

Very spacious and easy to access.

Not used to the noisy floors from next door. Needed a bottle opener and would be handy to have a book of info - good places to eat or how to leave the property such as linen / rubbish etc.

Lovely and spacious. Really comfy beds and great big balcony! The staff were fantastic and really helpful. Great location, and the price cannot be beaten for quality

A group of people being given one key limits you a fair bit - would be ideal to have atleast two sets as some of us had to stay awake for others to return.

Very spacious flat

One of the two toilets wasn't flushing and the large window in the living room couldn't be closed (same as the main entrance door), leaving us exposed to the road on a first floor. When we informed the owners of these issues, they responded that Malta is a safe island (no need to lock doors and windows then I guess) and that it was "only" the toilet that wasn't working, but given that the rest of the bathroom was perfectly fine we weren't even entitled to a small partial refund. Poor guest management is a good reason not to choose this place.

Beautiful apartment, very large, modern, and very clean. Very efficient transfer from the airport to the apartment and back again. They even took our luggage from us and held onto it on the last day, and picked us up on another part of the Island which left us free to make the most of the last day.

Unfortunately the apartment is let down by very poor soundproofing, a lot of noise at night from other apartments, groups on the balconies very late at night talking very loudly, groups partying loudly into the early hours of the morning, banging doors, loud shouting and talking, making it very difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Whilst the management team did respond promptly to my emails, there is nothing that you can do in the middle of the night if you are unfortunate to have very noisy neighbours or loud parties going on. Our balcony door did not lock and it took the maintenance team four days to fix it.

The cleaners did not have the apartment ready at the time of check in. Thin walls so can, hear movement of the neighbors

Very modern and big apartment, perfect for 6-7 persons. Big rooms with all facilities - the choffers who picked up at the airport were very nice and friendly.

No hot water one of the three days Negative opinion since we asked to the host the possibility to include one additional person in the apartment and she accepted at the beginning but she rejected 2 weeks later.
