The property is very close to Valletta, roughly less than 10 mins by taxi. Flavio, the property owner, has been amazing, very helpful, informative and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was very good, spacious, and clean. The host replies to messages very quickly. The place is very quiet — we didn’t hear anything for 5 days while we were there. Also, the apartment is in a great location. Buses to Valletta are just a few minutes away, and there are night buses connected to Valletta too. Highly recommended!

The location of the object is very good - there are plenty of buses depurting to Valetta every 5/10 minutes. Additionaly, there are many buses which will take you to other cities and other parts of Malta as well, so the place is very well communicated. Our host - Flavio has been the best host we have every had. He was very helpful, gave advice on top restaurants in Malta, as well as was asking if we need something, and if everything is ok. If there would be any problem, he is there to help and certainly would so that's a huge advantage as well. Our stay in his place was just perfect. Totally recommend!! The apartment itself was also very nice - new things, everything clean, the shower was very nice, the bed was wide and comfy - nothing more needed really for a best holiday.

You can tell Flavio takes pride in ownership of his awesome guest house. It is located close to any convenience you might need, bus, grocery, pharmacy, excellent coffee/pastry/meals shop. The place is well laid out and appointed and very clean. Flavio is an awesome host, willing to help out in any way. Kudos. I will definitely stay there again and refer people. Thank you

Nothing - everything was perfect

Fantastic stay with Flavio, who is a real gentleman. He was so helpful and friendly, but not intrusive in any way. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfectly soundproofed. No noise could be heard from the street at all. The common room was well-equipped. In addition, the property was perfectly-located, ideally situated in Hamrun which has all the shops and amenities you need, as well as being a stone's throw away from Valetta and other interesting attractions in Malta, whether on foot or by bus. We would highly recommend the townhouse to anybody looking for well-located and comfortable accommodation during their stay in Malta. We will certainly be back!

The hot water will run out if you shower too long.

This place was amazing. The owner was super friendly and helpful. . The third floor consists of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a shared full kitchen/dining area. Nobody else but me on the whole floor when i stayed there. I loved having a full-size refrigerator and the means to cook my own breakfast. There's even roof access.

Super nice place to stay if you visit Malta! Bus stops are very nearby, also very close to the Valetta. Very calm and safe neighbourhood there. Room was clean and comfortable, had a good wifi connection, what was very important for me because of work. Supermarket just a few meters away. And Flavio is such a nice and helpful person! He recommended me all the best places around, was always reachable and helped me a lot! It was one of the best stays i have ever had! Very recommended:)

Hamrun is a medium class neighbourhood in Malta that over the night might seem scary (Malta is totally safe as we realised on many occasions) but over the day has its charming neighbourhood due to its old buildings, beautiful & colourful spots & charming building terraces. To my believe it defines pretty well how Malta is, due to the fact that is not build for tourism but for Maltese people. Aside of that, I would recommend to move the bed under the AC so the AC does not strike on you while sleeping. Just a small detail :)

The room was small but really charming and the AC made a clear difference in Malta. Also we had a small terrace from where you can see all Hamrun. The toilet was outside but there is privacy between room and toilet (really good idea the folding screen). Common areas are really nice and allow to perfectly work on remote (we did it for a week). It was really nice to share the house with other tenants, which were truly nice to us and offered plans or even food. I am deeply in debt for that. Thanks a lot guys :) What makes a difference compare to other places is the owner, Flavio, which is always willing to help, loves and cares his place. Overall it is a great opportunity for a nice house, really safe, for a really affordable price where owner and tenants are truly friendly.
