It was the best choice ever!I The host was friendly,kind and ready to answer whatever we asked in minutes! The location was great in front of the harbour,quite and the bus station was almost in front of us! The bus was passing every 25 minutes! what i loved the most was the view balcony,where there were available comfortable chaise lounges and we could drink our wine after a long tiring day!Thank you Christian for this unforgettable experience!Thank you for all!

The apartment is very large and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Malta. It's perfect for families as there are separate rooms that can accommodate both adults and children. The apartment is located in the historical district, and on the flank of the busier areas. The view is fantastic as the apartment sits in front of one of the smaller harbors. The neighborhood is good will several restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner is highly responsive and easy to work with. An overall enjoyable place to stay in Malta.

The location of the accommodation is simply fantastic - 5min walk to ferry terminal - 5min ferry journey to Valetta. Beautiful promenade walk available around the town revealing wonderful scenery, 5min walk to local beach. The apartment is nice and clean, very well equipped with anything you may need - dishes, washing machine, dryers, iron, soap, etc. We absolutely loved the balcony with a beautiful harbour view. Ket lock is very convenient as you can leave keys there when you go out and collect when you return so there's no chance to lose it. Thank you very much, we hope to be back once again

Grocery shopping is more complicated as there is not great choice nearby, we drove to the supermarket.

The property is as you can see in the pictures. We hired a car and we can easily park it outside of the property. There are buses just off the main door.. The location is great, sea views are stunning and easily connected to the road system. The host respond promptly to your questions and you have some nice welcome goodies at the arrival. We really enjoyed our stay here

We stayed here for 2 weeks, and loved it. This is a lovely apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. the view is unbeatable and we loved sitting out I. the evening watching the sun go down and the old city walls opposite lighting up. Christian goes out of his way to help if anything problems. It is near the bus stop so easy to get into Valletta and everywhere on the island. Also easy to walk to the 3 cities. We also enjoyed walking around peaceful Kalkara where the apartment is.

This was a fantastic place to experience the culture and sights of Malta. The apartment is spacious, ultra-clean with magnificent views and with so many facilities. It was easy to access Valletta and other places by bus, ferry or Bolt. The local folk at Kalkara were friendly and helpful. We loved staying here and this is where we would return to. Lovely quiet location with fantastic view over the bay. Good links to buses to Valletta (2 minutes walk) or the ferry (25 minutes walk) Local shops and a good selection of restaurants in walking distance or a short bus ride away. The apartment was clean and very well equipped in a residential block with a lift and parking outside if needed.

The dynamics of the street can be very noisy with neighbours, street works and public transport. Many of the local restaurants and stores were closed during the day and it took us some time to figure out the dynamics of the city. The taxi boat stop was also relocated, so the maps and instructions would need a bit of an update. This was not an issue, more of an observation for other guests to be aware if that is important to them.

The instruction how to reach the apartment were super detailed and I like the fact that this area is off the tourist party map. The veiew from the terrace is priceless and the apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped. This was my second time in Valletta, so really enjoyed the opportunity to explore new locations and places in three towns. Communication with hosts was exquisite and they helped me feel at home.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Roadworks outside the apartment presented some travel issues - taxis had problems getting to us for pick ups and drop offs and the buses were temporarily suspended, meaning a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest transportation. Obviously not something that the host could control but would have been nice to know this beforehand. The signage on the back of the front door in the apartment said the ferry to Valletta from the three cities was seven minutes walk but it was actually nearer 20 ( google maps said 27 minutes). All this meant access to Valletta took longer than anticipated.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, well furnished with nice views. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and both bathrooms had good showers. The lounge was airy and the smart tv was a nice touch

The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos but is still spacious. The shower in the second bathroom is handheld and it not attached to the wall and the shower itself is small. There is no mirror in the second bathroom. Several lights were not working but upon advice to the host they will action these. In general the apartment needs a bit of maintenance which the host will attend to. Sheets and towels could be replaced and the host will attend to this. Also pillows would be great.

The location of this apartment was excellent as you have wonderful view of Birgu and parts of Valletta. During August we had fireworks every evening for religious celebration and also anniversary of the convoy of ships that saved Malta during the war. It is an easy walk over to Birgu where the restaurants are. You can also walk to the ferry to go the Valletta I recommend taking the traditional ferry as they take 6 and a lots of fun. The apartment itself is very spacious and has all you need for cooking and also has a laundry with washer and dryer which is very handy. Whilst there are 2 bathrooms with showers and toilet the second bathroom is very small and the shower is handheld rather than attached to the wall which can be inconvenient. You walk through the shower to get to the laundry which is a bit quirky. There are a few local restaurants close by and the host can advise which to visit. The host was very responsive and helped with any issues we had. He will also attend to the maintenance issues that we had highlighted.
