Big, clean apartment in PERFECT location. Please don’t be afraid of comments, that keys are hard to get - owner sent us specific video and it took us 5 minutes to get into apartment. Location was FANTASTIC! it’s very quite place but next street is literraly centrum of St Julian with a lot of restaurants, also close to beach. Big shopping centre 1 minute walk from apartment.

SpainThe property was really good. They had aircon . A lot of facilities like oven, washing machine, cups, plates, microwave, iron, hair dryer. I was really amazed. It had a supermarket 2 minutes walking and it was 2 minutes away walking from paceville (the street for partying) which was also really good. it was also really near the bus stop. Therefore a great location and a great stay too!!!! We loved it

BulgariaThere are two air conditioners in the apartment that do not have a heating option and when we arrived at the apartment it was cool. The host brought us an oil heater the other day. The water heater in the cupboard under the kitchen sink was leaking water onto the floor and we unplugged it to fix the problem. And the boiler itself did not heat water. We heated water for washing the dishes in the electric kettle. Despite these shortcomings we had an excellent stay.ц
The apartment is located in the closed Pendergardens complex. Access to the complex is controlled you can enter with magnetic cards. The apartment is reached by telling the taxi driver Pendargardens, he stops in front of the underground private car park, where on level -1 there is a security office and the keys and cards are left there. There is a large supermarket in the complex, with a hot point where ready-made food is available. There is a bus stop for many buses in front of the complex. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is a beautiful courtyard with fountains and palm trees.

United KingdomGreat location, nice flat, clean, spacious, everything is walking distance. Highly recommended. Make sure you read the email as the address in booking isn’t accurate. Keys are left in an underground parking lot with a security guard. It was a bit confusing but we got there in the end.

United KingdomDefinitiely the bathroom, it needs updating. The bathtub is very old and you have to hold the shower head as it doesnt have a holder. However, this was not a big problem considering the price of the apartment. The only thing that disappointed us was one day water in the shower was very cold but perhaps it was a building issue. Lastly, if you're going in the winter months, pack some warm pyjamas as the apartment was very cold at night in January, to be fair extra duvets were provided :)
perfect location close to a big supermarket and a smaller 24h shop. very big apartment with a balcony overlooking some palm trees, the building seems very new and modern. Very good facilities, big fridge, tv with netflix, hairdryer and also shower gels, shampoos were provided. Very good value for money and would stay again. We also loved the 11 am checkout, as most places have 10am. Some reviews mentioned that the apartment is hard to find, however this is not true at all, it was very easy.

BrazilShower didn’t work, it keeps falling on you while taking a shower, smells like cigarette and the bed is uncomfortable like a thin mattress, the space of the apartment is good but the owner clearly don’t care about the customer, he sent security to fix shower and they said it’s broken and can’t be fixed. The washing machine is old and it ruined some of my clothes because terrible quality. Even if the price is good, don’t go there.
