There is no laundry service, they don't give shaving kits etc... Should be the "basic stuff" in a hotel room.

the hotel is well placed, right next to the mosta rotunda. There's a convenience shop at 30 seconds of the place, restaurants, fast food. It's very well located. The hotel staff is very nice. The breakfast is very good, also drinkable water is disposed at every levels.

If I’m being picky, the breakfast could have better healthy options. When everyone’s hotel doors shut it’s very loud and that can be a bit of a nuisance.

I got the room called Arabian which is perfect but it doesn’t contains window outside the building only a small window inside the building, which is something for me uncomfortable and increase my anxiety.

The customer service is super professional and perfect, and I appreciate them. Room facilities are OK very clean and very well-maintained. Also, the access and checkout process is very easy. The breakfast variety is very nice. Also the atmosphere of the hotel and swimming pool very very nice as well.

There was no chair in the room. I asked many times for early check in, they never guaranteed but never rejected, when I have arrived the hotel they said no, unfortunately in that time my reserved room was ready. I mean they did nothing about my request. There is nobody in the lobby.

Breakfast was very good, delicious and hygienic. Hotel staff was perfect, ready to assist with their smiling faces. Hygiene was perfect.

The automatisation meant lack of personal contact, but I guess it's the way of the future and I have to get used to it. It was all very efficient, anyway.

A comfortable, clean, light and well-equipped spacious room, in the midst of a main town in Malta. Smooth check-in, all automatic. I liked it. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room but, management please note, a teaspoon would have helped stir in the sugar... Minor gripe :) I certainly recommend this hotel. I also appreciated the importance they give to environmentally sustainable practices.

We had 6 days stay which is a long stay. upon arrival our room looked like it was used. bedsheet and covers had hair on it and it looked grey with dirt. it took us 7 hours to be heard . The support asked us to find sheets on the reception or the staff/supply room ourself. The staff and supply room was dirty and messy which reflects on housekeeping staff's mind set about cleaning. drinking glasses in the room and cutlery in the breakfast area were often dirty. There was some air pressure issue with the room doors as would keep waking up with loud banging of the doors at all parts of the night. Breakfast area cleanliness was compromised. egg boiler and toaster were filthy. Behind the counter, food was kept on the floor. Storage cabinets and tables can be easily placed there. for our long stay we required laundry service but there was none in the area.

The property is in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood itself with plenty of bus stops, restaurants, cafes and churches. WE were lucky to find halal food options. The property is nicely built. It is self-service except for housekeeping and laying out buffet breakfast. Staff is available between 7 am to 4pm if you require anything otherwise whatsapp support is available in working hours. We didn't have to buy water everyday but had to come all to the way to ground floor to fill our in-sufficient bottle from the breakfast area. Iron was provided. umbrellas in case of rain were present near the reception. Shop owners and native Maltese are extremely helpful and kind. They will guide you in detail for any query.

Too much loud noises, some sound isolation for the doors would be great as most guest loves to jam them. There were strange noises most of the nights as well. No windows to the outside most of them are facing the inside of the hotel ,hard to get clean air in the rooms.

There was only one water dispenser on the 3rd floor, and it ran out of water fairly quickly. Still, it is nice that there is already a glass of water in the room when we arrived. Wish there were ventilation in the bathroom/room.

Very comfortable and clean. Although we didn't use the pool and didn't see anyone use it, it adds a nice ambiance to the outdoor patio. Breakfast was a lot of pastries, some cheeses, yogurt, cereal, some sliced veggies and cold cuts. The coffee machine runs out of water or coffee frequently, but the staff replenishes it quickly.

You need to take into acount, that there is little difficulty to find parking place due to location inside city center and all places near basilica were always busy. But this is typical story for all accomodation places in Malta. We had good luck to find it on nearest streets. Some dust was in the room under sleeping places.

Perfect place for staying in Mosta. There is only couple meters to Mosta basilica. Near are located food shops and caffe/restaurants, where is possible to find dinner. Room was spaceous and equiped with all needed for accomodation. Kettle, water and small refrigerator were in stock. Shower was in work condition. Breakfasts are very good for adult people! Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant!

The room was really noisy-the street traffic was loud and lots of loud people in the lobby. I don’t think there was any sound proofing. Also, they sent so many messages to me leading up to the stay-some of them were not relevant even.

The location was good, the room was exceptionally clean and the bed and pillows were fantastic. The breakfast was also good.
