Our staff our fully trained in the hospitality sector and only new to Park Heights and settling in fantastically to their new surroundings Im glad you found our receptionist to be friendly and pleasant during your stay. I’m happy to hear you enjoyed our terrace at breakfast, and the fully equipped facilities in your room. Our location has great advantage of many public transport options on our doorstep as you noted, our location is busy but doesn’t put travellers off as they visit and explore Malta. Dear Monika, Thank you for your feedback on your stay. The breakfast was free for you which was an offer to our first guests. It is a continental consisting of ham, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits and breads alongside yoghurts and coffee/juice. Should this not be a breakfast that suits our guests they can opt out of purchasing it as an add on and make use of the cafes near by. You are also able to purchase your own breakfast items to cook in your rooms should you choose to book one with a kitchenette. The fitness suite, although in our property will be took on by a third party fitness corporation and will be available over the next few months however there are gyms nearby should guests wish to visit one during their stay.
