Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe only drawback was related to noisy neighbours, who probably had a party every night, so I would suggest taking earplugs with you to be sure you will have a calm sleep :)
The apartament was really great, clean, fully equipped, localised near bus stops, full of shops and restaurants nearby. The spacious and pretty place let us have a wonderful stay and the hosts are very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this appart! Thank you:)

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the clubs, yet far enough to ensure peace at night. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It features two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two terraces. Self check-in and check-out. The hosts are very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile when possible; they allowed us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, everything was great, and we’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Malta!

Very modern apartment in the Centre of St Gilians, not far away from the language school. Despite the Centre location the appartment was quite. You can easily reach everything (restaurant, grocery shop, shopping center) within walking distance.

MontenegroSurrounding... noise neighborhood, a lot of new buildings are growing around and noise neighbors in the renting apartment nearby, noise air-condition in the room . There is a nice, spacious terrace in the apartment, but external air-conditioned units on it, so you can not stay there if air-conditions work 😒 There was nothing offered inside as welcoming items.. no shampoo, no water, no coffee, no pinch of sugar or salt ... I would suggest to the owner to have at least a bottle of water, because if you come in the middle of the night you are not willing to go out for it.
