External sound isolation very poor. Not hotels fault but daytime noisy construction site across road and even though streets looked quiet very noisy party folk on streets interrupted sleep all night til 530.

Just used for last night before flight home. Excellent direct airport bus connection within one minute walk. Good value. Large spacious room. Clean. Wifi fine.

The air conditioning service was a bit noisy and not working properly. The water pressure at the shower had a really low pressure. A reserved parking spot would be great. However, it's possible to get one searching the streets nearby.

More warm food.

The breakfast is cold continental, meaning the only warm thing except tea/coffee was boiled eggs or toast and that was the only minus of the breakfast. Otherwise all was good, very delicious traditional Malteasan bread, lots of fresh veg and fruits. The swimming pool at the roof is small, but quite nice, there are lots of sunbeds but it gets busy after 16:00. Rooms have very strong air conditioning; mine was small but clean. Only bathroom was a bit difficult to use - to use the toilet I had to close the door and it was a bit difficult to do that while standing inside the bathroom. I ended up getting inside the shower to close the door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, earler check-in is possible if rooms are prepared. Generally, I would recommend for all travellers that look for a reasonably priced place to stay, in the center of Julian's.

Breakfast products were plastic juice from concentrate dispenser not good at all. Cereal also from dispenser worst I have ever eaten. Capucino and chocolate tasted like bad party at old aunt. 2 beds were departing on it's own moving on wheels so life risk. Bathroom was nice, corridors and lift were OK. As for me not worth a price.

the breakfast is unacceptable. fruit is heat cocked as it remained in the sun for 2 days. yogur did not looked like yougur but like a glue with something floating around, positioned in a big bowl with a spoon. small frozen croasint backed back to black. maybe we can save the coffee. considering the price i can state that the breackfast was quite bad. Hope you dont book during leanguage schools period. students were running around in the night smashing doors and jumping from one balcony to the other. no one from staff interveneed last the AC was so noisy that we could not keep it on. also the leasing fan was continuosly doing intermitting noise.

The room was dirty and very very small, the bed is uncomfortable and floors were dirty. Toilet was broken and had some weird dirty spots. Shower had mold.
