BelgiumFew negatives, just cosmetic issues with building facilities which in truth still need to be ironed out in time given it is still a new structure. For example an outdoor shower by the roof top pool would be great to shower before bathing but also to rinse off after and avoid the queue of the indoor shower/toilet. But honestly the space and staff make up for it.
No. TOP staff! Welcoming, kind, patient, helpful and observant! Room was impressively clean, spacious and well equipped, having 2 bathrooms was especially helpful. AC truly welcoming and can be regulated to comfort and needs. Room equipped with fridge and tea and coffee machine. Pool area beautiful and safe for kids, also on sight pool bar very welcoming. All Staff were very observant, patient and helpful. Bkfast was fresh and varied and great in general. Parking is available and right next to hotel. Location means you can walk to a number amenities, find copius restaurants and perfect for evening strolls. Views from room and especially the roof top pool breathtaking. Also a welcome change given that there is only one hotel in the area which is quite dated. Being allowed to make use of facilities even after check out was a massive plus.

NetherlandsIts a brand new hotel ( only open 2 weeks when we stayed) so there were some minor teething problems with some of the systems but the staff were improving every day and always polite if there were any delays.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were really welcoming and super helpful. The view from the rooftop pool is stunning, the garden pool really relaxing and you must try the restaurant in the evening. It's a great base to see the island. We'd definitely come again.

MaltaHowever, given the hotel’s ten-floor capacity, having only a small pool on the 3rd floor and a larger pool on the 10th floor does not fully meet tourist expectations, as the 10th-floor pool was often overcrowded. Overall, there is little to complain about, except that breakfast requires booking in advance and can involve long waiting times.
This is a new hotel located in Marsalforn. The rooms are very nice and the pool area is impressive.

MaltaThis hotel has a lot of potential. They are in the very early stages of opening, which sadly hinders the rating that most clients can give. Once we spoke with management, all the aspects of failure within the hotel were addressed to a certain extent. Sadly, many of the hotel facilities are not yet operational, such as the spa, underground parking, and the pool bar in the garden. The lift used for clients is a shared lift with staff, so many times you would find cleaning staff in the lift with you, or you'd have to wait. Towels used for the pool are brand new and ruined our swimwear, as when they were used, either fluff transferred onto your swimwear, or if wet, the colour transferred onto my white swimwear. The bathroom towels and gowns are brand new too, so they do not dry well, and also have so much fluff coming off them. The cleaning staff are mainly foreign and have no understanding of English, so very difficult for management or clients to ask for anything. They still have some construction going on, which shocked us a bit, and we were not at all pleased about it, but nothing could be done, and on one occasion, we had drilling on the same floor, but it was stopped as soon as we told management, which was good. The cleaning staff were very noisy early morning, yet again it was dealt with. This hotel is nice and I'm sure once these teething problems are dealt with will be a brilliant place to stay in and we will return. We would like to thank Mr Marco Abdilla and Mrs Michealle Oakes for their understanding and taking on board all we complained about. They totally understood where we complained and agreed at all times and did their best to fix issues where they could. We wish them and the hotel all the success in the future Alex & Theresa Attard

MaltaThe hotel just opened so understandably there are growing pains. The room wasn’t turned over after the first night, the food at the restaurant took a while to be served despite there being just a few tables of people, the rooftop bar wasn’t open. Towels and plates didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to using them; the towels had that chemically-new smell, not a clean smell. To top it all off whilst looking for my child’s car in the bed I found a dental floss pick in the bed (not ours). When I casually mentioned this to the reception staff they were completely unbothered about it.
The food was tasty, the roof top pool is lovely and family friendly, the rooms were spacious for a family of 4. The restaurant has a food menu for kids and even babies (puree options pricey but available). There are soaps and lotion for kids in the room. The restaurant staff were really lovely, accommodating and helpful!

MaltaThe main pool was at times quite crowded.
When I booked through booking.com i had the impression that the breakfast was included in the price. Alas it wasn't so. So I had to pay extra. Notwithstanding, it was worth doing so since breakfast is very lavish at the hotel.
