Reviews of Gozo Rustic Farmhouse with stunning views and swimming pool

The farmhouse is very well equipped, pool is perfect to cool off in the summer heat & rooftop terrace provides views all over Gozo and good for watching fireworks from the local festivals.

Air conditioning, salt water swimming pool and location

The farmhouse was very pretty and well equipped. The views from the terrace were lovely and it’s always a pleasure having your own pool.

Parking was a problem, I imagine it may be very difficult if you cannot walk too far, as it’s not always possible to find a parking space. It’s a shame, as there is clearly room for a car in the alley. We were told that the pool would be cleaned after 7 days. Again, such a shame that it wasn’t. We were there for 10 days and when we left, the pool wasn’t looking too good and the water level had dropped considerably.

This beautiful gozo charm has everything you can immagine, equipped with everything, makes your holiday all started up from the beginning. What impressed me was the eye for detail in both the decor and facilities provided. A home away from home. Definitely will come again and I do recommend to the reader of this review

Nothing. All was perfect!

A charming property which entirely lived up to our expectations, fully equipped and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and the stunning view from the roof terrace. Lovely area and a good base to tour Gozo. Although we didn't get to meet the hosts we did contact them a couple of times and they replied promptly and courteously.

This property was fantastic, it was our second time using this property! It is in a small village very quiet, only 5 mins in an Uber from the beautiful town of victoria and within easy reach of many other towns on gozo which are also nice to explore, the taxi to and from the airport is really enjoyable and the ferry to gozo just adds to the experience, we had a wee issue when we were at the property ALL OF OUR OWN MAKING! the owners who were very easy to contact could not have been more helpful! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK !

A really well presented property, plenty of communication from hosts. Really appreciated the pint of milk & other essentials on arrival. Roof terrace is great, pool was clean. Really quiet, really chilled. Take a few euros in cash until you find your feet, baker, vans need cash and only one of the shops takes card, nothing to do with the property but worth knowing. Cliff walks on the coast are spectacular. Ta Sannat is quiet, decent food, decent beer, outside seating. Most of all, it’s relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. We’ve definitely got it on the ‘do again’ list.

This property is ideal for a family. Gorgeous views from the roof terrace and a small but perfectly formed swimming pool! The outside areas are charming and there’s so much space for relaxing and of course the barbecue too. Inside the property has beautiful exposed beams and a real charm about it. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well appointed. The sitting area very comfy and the bedrooms are a good size too. The property is tucked away in the gorgeous village very near to the spectacular church. You really feel like you are living in Gozo and not just on holiday!

The property had everything we wanted!

Perfect for a family with small kids. All necessary amenities are available. Pool area is comfortable and good size. We had a wonderful holiday.

Quite a lot of ants but that's to be expected at the country side. AC is available with coins, turned out to be more expensive than expected so we mostly used fans.

The pool has a perfect temperature ! The beds were irresistibly comfortable. The bathrooms were perfect ! It was the best time me and my friends had in a while I recomand you book it while you still can we got lucky cuz there was a cancellation. This place is worth the price and its very high quality

It was a keyless system. Property was clean and had cute pool area and bbq, lovely roof area with spectacular views. A/C was a bonus but is extra charge. Property has everything you need and plenty info in folders about area and expectations of what the owners require from you during the stay. We loved it.

Parking closer to property but wasn’t an issue as we knew area already, just had to park around the corner.

Perhaps the roof terrace could have been set up for our arrival with chairs etc. Only a bench seat was accessible.

We have stayed in many places Worldwide from 5* Hilton to Remote Gite in Provence. This property has to be the Number 1 favourite of all time. Nothing was too much trouble for Anne and every facility within the property were Exceptional. There wasn't one thing overlooked which we needed for our stay. Along with our Taxi Driver JOE, the local Shop just round from the Butchers and The Lions Den near the Church it was an overall Excellent Holiday and one we will never forget. We intend to return next year at a different time of year. Some Shops and Rosa Restaurant do not take a Card due to being a Small Business so make sure you always have Euros to hand.

The farmhouse is in a private and quiet location in the small town of Sannat with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The layout of the farmhouse was well organized, well equipped and most comfortably furnished. The laundry facilities were also appreciated.

Everything. Comfortable living space and lovely bed. Great Shower. Pool amazing. Easy access to the whole of Gozo by public bus from outside the door. Great Cliff walks . Definitely go back to this accommodation.

Lovely house full of character with the addition of a lovely pool and sitting area and roof garden accessed by an unusual spiral staircase. There was a super little courtyard at the entrance which was very welcoming, with herbs for us to use too! A real bonus We loved being based in Sannat as it was a non tourist area and very quiet but there are a couple of local bars and a lovely restaurant at Beppes. There are also a couple of little food shops and a butchers. The house was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking and relaxing there. We will return! Thank you Anne and Francis

The farm house was everything we could have asked for , set in a quiet village with easy access to transport into the busy town of Victoria, we used Uber @€5 per trip also the public bus service which stops just outside the apartment €2 each way and runs every hour both ways

There was nothing I did not like , this house is great value

The location was peaceful but with a bus stop just outside. We loved the convenience and privacy of the pool area. The roof terrace has stunning views and we were comfortable and felt very at home. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and supported. The fans were so good that we didn't need the air-conditioning. We were sorry to leave and would love to stay again.

It was all excellent so we had no real issues at all.

The farmhouse had everything we needed and it was very clean too. Anna was so very nice too and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Very quiet location but close to everything. It was great. Many thanks 😊
