AC adjustment is a little bit funny, you go for a temp of 23c and still feels cold, at night had to turn off the AC cause it was too cold

The location

We were very disappointed as we booked a room with a sea view and we weren't given one.

The hotel is perfectly located right on Xlendi bay - ideal for a swim! The restaurant and its staff were brilliant too, and guests are granted a 10% discount on food and drinks during their stay. Great communication from staff on facilities they had to offer, including beach towels to rent for €2, and advice on where to do laundry/dry cleaning. Xlendi bay is well connected to the rest of Gozo, and the bus to Victoria is €2.50.

Noisy air conditioning units from outside our room during the night were disruptive.

The location is exceptional. Xlendi bay is a beautiful little cove.

The rooms are tiny and no power next to the beds.

The hotel was very well located near the bay. The staff were especially helpful and sociable both in the hotel and in the attached dining area.

We stayed again at this hotel. My previous stays were always amazing – the sea view rooms, the breakfast, and the atmosphere were all great. But this last stay was disappointing. Our room was on the building side and there was a loud noise all night long (like a fan running non-stop), which made it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the mattress felt very old and uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy, so the sleep quality was really bad. Breakfast was still fine and the hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately this time I left feeling very tired and disappointed because I couldn’t sleep at all.

The location was amazing. Incredible views. The bed was very very comfortable and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Alexandria in the front desk was incredibly helpful

The rooms are ridiculously small. No space for a suitcase. The shower head wouldn’t stay upright so we had to use our clothes lines to rig it up to the wall just so that we could shower.

Friendly staff, helpful. Welcome, surprise.

There is no small refrigerator in the room. Can't keep going downstairs to use a refrigerator. Showers need to be appropriate for people over 60. With certain conditions.

The place is lovely

I liked everything just one small thing was that there was no mini fridge in the room so the water we bought in the evening to do take in with us was warm after an hour

Not a complant but more a recommendation. A small fridge in the room would be helpful.

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel with loads of restaurants around to choose from and bus stop just a minute away so was extremely convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room had a fabulous view, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The building itself is older, and we did notice some areas where maintenance could be improved, particularly with mould beginning to build up. That said, it didn’t overshadow our overall experience, and we still had a good stay.
