HungaryThe host is unreachable, he doesn't respond to anything after you booked and sent you instructions on how to get into the apartment. It was terribly dirty, we started by cleaning it. There weren't enough towels, the ones that were there were the size of face towels, no bath mat, after every shower, the water in the bathroom stops but there is no mop. The stove doesn't work, but we wanted to make a hot meal, so we threw a lot of food in the trash. We asked for help, but he didn't respond.
View, spacious and well-equipped apartment.

United KingdomSmall things really, the iron and ironing board were both broken, which we did not realise until the evening before we left, kitchen utensils were very greasy, which was due to no washing up liquid. the balcony was full of odds and sods which made it impossible to sit out there, and most of the remotes had flat batteries so we had to go and purchase new ones, but the strangest thing was the beds all had a bottom sheet but no top sheet or quilt they had a furry rug which was very odd.
Plenty of room and a good internet connection, the lounge was a nice size, as was the kitchen, and it was very helpful that there was air conditioning everywhere

United KingdomIt would be great to have a bit of info on arrival showing how to work the air conditioning/heater, what to do with rubbish/recycling etc. And a few spare blankets. Otherwise fab, very much recommended.
Lovely big apartment with a wonderful view over the sea from the balcony. Easy access with the key in a key box by the front door, then lift to the second floor. Fantastic location - close to bus stops, easy walk to Pretty Bay or into the town. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely large open plan living/kitchen/diner and 3 good bedrooms (king size bed, 2 singles and 1 single. Two shower rooms! No sign of the building work mentioned in some reviews a few months back - the building and area were very quiet. Beautiful artwork on the walls that we all loved. Fantastic place for a winter week away with my children. Definitely recommended.

United KingdomThe apartment was fantastic as I quoted before the lift area and stairwells was Abismo building materials left everywhere which I have focused for. I wish I was informed of work being carried out on these apartments before I booked this accommodation.
The property itself was outstanding however outside was abysmal building materials left on the floor outside our room building works every day at 7:30 am. All I wish is I was informed of this happening however the apartment itself was fantastic just the building materials and building work left by unprofessional workmen.

SloveniaAC in living room was leaking water on the floor. We texted that to owner, together with request for wi-fi setup for TV, but owner didn't respond at all. Kitchen was cleaned poorly - oily stains on the wall above the cooker. Bad smell in the closet under the sink. Under beds there was a lot of old dust.
Really spacious apartment, nice view to seaside, two bathrooms for family of five is extra bonus. Also having washing machine came really handy.

The apartment is super clean and well equipped. Excellent value for money. Just sad we were unable to stay for longer ! Highly recommended to anyone going to Birzebbugia.

United KingdomThe cleanliness has a lot to be desired, the kitchen still had grease stains, dirty toilet floor that came out when I cleaned it (so it had not been properly cleaned) and the floor has not been washed (had to buy a mop myself to clean it). All the pans were dirty and need to be replaced for guests. It is on the second floor of a building that's still in construction which is not on the advert at all. We were woken at 7 am with building work in full force ( it's country standard but had we been told this we would have looked elsewhere). The exhaustion from being woken early and then having an apartment filled with building dust every day we got home by actually made me so ill it took weeks to recover. When we messaged the landlord he claimed to not have known that this was an issue ( even though a whole floor of the building was a shell) and told us to look at the info on the wall next to the door stating their working hours? ... Not sure how we were supposed to have done this before we landed?? The response from the landlord was indifferent.a beautiful apartment that was ruined by these few things.
The apartment was a great size and on the sea front, a perfect location. The view was amazing .. It was ruined by a lack of care and attention. The small things make a difference.

The view was amazing, the people friendly. Good size rooms in a modern design. 2 shower rooms 3 bedroom all good condition. So pleased we managed to end our holiday on a good note after our big let down . Booking .com sorted it thank you 👍♥️
