Reviews of Seafront duplex Penthouse with Terrace overlooking Xlendi Bay

The location is amazing, such a beautiful apartment that oversees Xlendi, location was perfect. There’s also lots of parking nearby, the whole property is much bigger than we thought! It has a lift which was perfect for all of the luggage!

The only problem was the AC which was coin activated so it could get quite hot, but honestly just have a few euros on you at all times and it’s no problem at all.

The property was in a wonderful seafront position and had a great terrace. The kitchen was a lovely size with everything we needed. Close to all restaurants and amenities.

Great view of xlendi bay. Close to restaurants. It was nice that you could walk nearby and jump in for a swim in the bay. The clothes washer was nice to use. The refrigerator was large. The elevator worked well.

Putting coins in to get the air conditioner to work. The remotes for the air conditioner didn’t always respond and was difficult to set the temperature. 1 set of towels for 5 days with expectations from staff for us to wash the towels ourselves.

The view is exceptional and the apartment is spacious worked well for our group of three. The apartment is well equiped. Great fridge / freezer. Stove was gas and easy to use. Balcony is great size with sun beds and table and chairs for six so plenty of room outside. Washing machine worked really well.

The coin operated a/c in these digital days.

Very nice place, quite comfortable, a super nice location and the terrace is incredible. The place was clean, tidy, ample spaces and very well located. Overall, a very good stay.

I didn't like the AC arrangement and the fact that one has to pay for the AC with coins. Even though they let you know beforehand, I found it quite impractical. The electricity bill should be charged as extra, make it more practical.

The location was fantastic, beautiful view and lots of lovely places to eat on an evening. The apartment was perfect , clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The outside terrace was fabulous, must be the best view in Xlendi. Max was very easy to contact if we needed any help or advice. We would definitely stay here again.

The fly screens on the doors were quite hard to open and close.

The apartment was exception. Amazing view, great location and as described. The lift was a bonus.

Amazing location, arguably best view on the island, spacious, comfortable, very clean, comfy beds, lovely big balconies to catch the sun on. Loved the way the lift opened straight into the penthouse on both floors.

WiFi was a bit patchy (probably out of the owner’s control)

The view is absolutely fantastic and the location is really convenient.

Sadly even with coins, the air conditioning didn’t work in the living room so we were feeling a little cold.

The view is breathtaking and so peaceful. The flat is comfortable and really allows you to enjoy the magnificent view with lots of terrace space. Very responsive landlord. Great value for money.

The view with private terrace overlooking Xlendi bay. Spacious living over two floors of the townhouse. A lift that takes you directly into the accommodation. Great restaurants in walking distance. Our family spent ten days in Malta and this was by far our favourite spot.

The view was stunning ! One of the best in Xlendi . We loved the space we had and the split level living .

Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.

We stayed for a couple of nights as we were diving locally. The location for us was ideal and we spent lots of time enjoying the large balcony with beautiful views of the bay. The apartment was very spacious and well laid out. The host was easily contactable and helpful and the apartment was excellent value for money.

We had a couple of minor issues, the light bulbs in most places were really cold lights that gave the bedroom a gloomy air after dark and unfortunately we could find any lights for the balcony. Pillows could do with an upgrade too. However, as the location and value for money were excellent, we would definitely recommend a stay here.
