I wasn't given the full address details of the property nor how to get into it and had to wait for bookings.com and the owner to get back to me for about 3 hours. Once I was in the property I was very happy! 😊

Over developed area, like Malta. Some of the kitchen equipment was broken I.e the coffee makers. Damp smell in bedroom.

Great view. Nice location. Quiet at this time of year but wouldn't like to be here in season. Nice balcony.Plenty of towels for the beach etc.

The elevator freaked us out a little, so we only used it when we had to.

Loved this place! The deck was amazing, and the building was so quiet but close to everything. There were so many amenities in the apartment, everything you might need. We had the best sleeps there! We hope to return!

Stepping out directly onto the road is the norm here but care is needed.

Location and outlook from apartment is great. Xlendi is pretty quiet at this time of year but still plenty of eating places to visit. Apartment is well equipped but a bit cluttered. Sorry I forgot to turn off the water heater as requested.

Excellently appointed large unit overlooking Xlendi Bay. Easy walking distance to swim spots and bars/restaurants. Also a small grocery store at the bottom of the road for usual handy supplies. The kitchen is really well equipped with equipment for cooking all meals (toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, stove top, pots/pans, bbq etc. it’s quiet and comfortable with a decent sized bathroom and lounge room. Great outdoor area too. Comms with the host was great with clear instructions for gaining access to the property There is a bus station close by for trips around the island. It was an easy taxi ride from the port to Xlendi. Washing machine, with washing powder and a clothes horse provided which was great. I was really surprised at the size of this unit on the 5th floor.. very spacious and comfortable and great value for money.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view, very spacious and with a great patio overlooking the sea. Many nice restaurants within walking distance and still quiet despite the central location. Nice communication with the owner.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay. I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Xlendi. The view is even better in real life ! Super close to everything you need (shop, restaurants, swimming area). The apartment was very well equipped, and very comfortable. Check in / out process was very easy.

We would have liked a little more contact before check-in date as started to feel uncertain when we didn't get a response to our message asking about check-in details. I now fully understand that because it's a coded key system the owner can't release actual details until check in day, but a little message to tell us this would have been welcome ;-).

Fantastic location with views onto Xlendi Bay. Lovely one-bedroom apartment with a nice, large terrace. Very comfortable bed with good pillows and quality bedding. Kitchen was very well equipped and toiletries available if needed.

The shower wouldn't stay on it's attachment. Apart from that very nice , I had a problem connecting to Internet, and the owners couldn't have been more helpful, even offering to come and try to connect for me if I couldn't sort it. Very nice.

The view was fantastic . Very nice apartment, if a little dated, but very comfortable.

The apartment is fully equipped and functional. The terrace is wonderful, big enough to live in and enjoy the panorama! We had a small issue with the shower, but Joan solved it quickly and gently.

Excellent location and balcony was superb with its sea views, accommodation itself was a bit dated but exceptionally clean and host was very attentive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and fab place to swim.

Spacious, clean apartment with a stunning large balcony providing beautiful bay and sunset views that you can simply get lost in the moment. Living room- good size with comfortable couch and all the mod cons including TV, strong Wi-Fi, for those quiet moments. Kitchen- Big size with dining table. All that you need is there whether to store a few cold beers or cook some nice meals. Bedroom- clean and comfortable with extra bedding if needed. Outside Space- Clean and quiet with a lift to the floor. Good if you have heavy luggage or for some shopping. Bus to Victoria is just around the corner, maybe a 2 mins walk. supermarket is just down the road, maybe 3 mins walk and the bay is right on your door step. plenty of walks, benches and swimming right there as you step out!! Go Enjoy, will book again, absolutely perfect!!

Key not working which made it a bit of a gamble to leave! Did message owner and her communication was good but didn’t get a new one before we left. The dog in the apartment next door that barked all day and night might has well be inside our apartment. Our first night was fine so not sure if this was just a one off.

That view and its location were amazing. The facilities were perfect for us.

The flat and furniture is dated, in need of some TLC. Pillows exacerbated my husband’s asthma.
