It wasn’t as in pictures. The room wasn’t with bathroom directly. Bathroom was cross the hall. It also wasn’t private bathroom. Someone else was using the washing machine located in the bathroom. Bathroom didn’t have a key either. Apartment smelled with cigarettes and it wasn’t the cleanest place. Mosquitoes in the room. Soundproofing is not existing. We were hearing everything from next rooms, neighbors and street. For the price is not worth.

If u are a person who likes to stay longer time in the bed, the room & apartment are so un-inviting, that it will push u to spend in that room as less time as possible and go out to explore Malta. The bedsheets and towels were clean, but that’s the minimum.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we kill about 7 cockroaches in apartment… Tiny, old, yellow, dirty pillows (you can’t at least buy that, there are beautiful dream store near apartment with pillows) .. old sheets.. low pressure on shower head. We didn’t have hot water for shower. Every time we press the switch for the boiler, the power goes out in the apartment. You will not get the balcon on picture.. This is not deluxe room, it’s normal room in shared flat.

main gate look like it’s an construction building which is totally unexpected and the main door is always open so outside people can go inside easily. I don’t feel secure. apartment door was broken and though I took whole apartment the owner said to me to use only one bedroom !!! I paid almost 117 euros for whole apartment but owner wrote me to use only one bed though it has two bed room. blanket was poor quality when you pay 117 euros and get old look like 10 years old blanket. bed shit was also old. after-all it was nice to stay there

The bed linen and pillows were of very poor quality and my original room was part of a flat share, which was not advertised. They did move me upstairs to a apartment on my own immediately.

I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone and if this has been tolerated since 2022 (tripadvidor review) that says it all

The place is dirty, and sheets are dirty.. l was not sure if they changed from previous guests.. Room we booked it's nothing like you see on pics on app. Instead, we got a bed which you can see on pics... dirty and very uncomfortable.. The kitchen stove is broken and not working.. dishes are so old and destroyed that you can get cancer using it. Living room full of construction stuff... no working tv.... one sofa and chair... The walls were painted ages ago.... Miss Szilvia was very upset with our comments... And it is very unpleasant for finding a solution for what we complain about...

the only value for this particular apartment is the position by the marina imsida and beautiful small balcony.. rest of it is very bad

The appartment was not as per the pictures, it was very dirty, not from the previous visitors but you could see it was not properly cleaned for a long time. No coffee machine and disgusting microwave. The bedding is old, over used and dirty. For any future guests, don't book it, you will be dissapointed.

Nothing i didnt went in because i booked on this photo and when send first email you send me 51 flat 1 than in the day when i booked you send me 51 flat 2A when i arrived near the door there was a lot people laughing etc . I never booked a room sharing

Everything from room to amenities to communication to behaviour of host to building to bathroom it's was too dirty like hell

First the owner changed the place without information last minute. The house was very dirty. Almost no amenities at all acces was very bad. Scary stairs. Broken street sp need to walk after getting down from cab.

Everything 2 hrs for check in, filthy, insects in the actual bath and dirty apart of this it's not worth the money €97 per night

Wasn't obvious when booking that it was a shared living room and kitchen, probably wouldn't have booked had I known this but luckily we got on well with the other tenant.

Spacious room and kitchen had plenty of utensils, pans, plates etc. Apartment was in a good location with bus stop right outside and shops nearby.

The room was on construction when we arrived, without any previous notice. Therefore, at around 20h, we had to procure another place to stay. The Seafront room organization did not have any alternatives or solutions for us. The only part of the building that we saw was the entrance and it had plastic garbage bags in the floor and a broken washing machine. I don't recommend.

This Property are not same what they mention and added photo online. I personally visited the place and send photo to Booking.com but even they didn't help me out and didn't get any refund from property owner and this is real SCAM in Malta by property Agency.

cockroaches low water pressure untidy shared doesnt look like the pictures poor quality kitchen equipment poor quality bed, pillows, no reasonable blanket we had to ask for basic things like soap
