The location and the fact that they have non stop reception. Also the staff from reception and the housekeeper are very nice.

The room was super small, the bathroom door was hitting the sink, not very clean, the bed extremely uncomfortable, they do not have sockets near bed, the soap and shower gel were the same and super sticky, like a wax. They changed our room, after the first night, after a lot of messages from the first hour we checked our room. The second room was bigger and nicer, but with the same problems regarding the sockets, the soap. The iron from the reception was leaking…

Staff were lovely and friendly, the room itself had lovely views of sliema promenade and was a fantastic location for our trip. Air conditioning worked well.

The room was very basic, beds were hard and uncomfortable and decor in the room was very dated. The bathroom had a creepy window with a very substantial drop going down from it into the basement. 'Sun Terrace' was on singular sunbed on the roof of the property. Room could've done with a mini fridge.

Two sockets in the whole room, no bedside tables, no fridge, worn and stained toilet seat, light on balcony can't be turned off.

It is close to the beach and if you get a room with a sea view it makes up for it.

The old furniture, I would have liked a bigger TV and better sound insulation.

The location was amazing, and the view truly breathtaking! The room is not very big, but to be honest, we only needed a clean place to rest and take a shower (the view was a really nice bonus, as without it, I think the room would feel a bit small) I truly recommed this place and will definitely book it again :)

Object is on a great location, near bus station, many different restaurants, stores, sea and the beaches. Also, the seaview from the room’s balcony is great.

Everything was fine but more elevators would be great to add in the object. Also, it would be great if will be, for example, a bar on the 7th floor (rooftop).

It's very basic.. the aircondition was hard to figure out..it was either too warm or too cold in the room.

The room need renovation and modernization, including furniture replacement. A refrigerator would be needed.

It was central and the promenade was beautiful. The aircon was amazing, loved the private balcony. The reception staff and cleaners were very friendly & helpful. Jugos food stall across the road was perfect.

No fridge or coffee station in the room.
