Location is good.

the room is big and clean. The gentleman works at the reception is very nice and warmhearted.

The room was furnished with almost nothing except furniture. The bathroom only provided two disposable shower caps, no iron, and only one small bottle of water for three days. we had to ask the front desk for the quilts/ blankets. The mini fridge didn't work only has light , and the food in it rotted…the dinner were just so so, the fruits were not as fresh as breakfast. The dinner were not too much difference for each time. The drink was diluted with water and had a bland taste.

The Location was great.

Cockroaches in the room. Run down. Fire alarm was going off in the night due to a fault. A/C inefficient.

Very nice and helpful staff! I liked hidden kitchen corner in the room.

The smell of the white towels was disgusting. We exchanged them every day, but even new ones smell the same, like they were stored for 1 year in old dark humid basement I couldn't get rid of this smell from my hair:(

I liked the indoor swimming pool and the massage I paid extra for (Ms. Alpha very skilled and kind!). The mattress in the room was very comfortable. Employees managing the parking in the garage were especially kind and professional, excellent job.

The room wasn't clean, and the staff did not do anything about my daily complaints until the 5th day (I stayed 7 days) - they never even offered anything to say sorry, even after I asked. Very unprofessional behaviour and no customer care.

Great location (around 2 km from beach and next to bus stop), amazing staff, room clean, great leisure area with pool and spa, tasty and rich breakfast.

Everything was great. Staff very good and friendly. Barbecue night was excellent and the meet and greet wirh free canapes and sangria was fantastic. Pool has beautiful view of church and bay. Overall a great experience

A bad smell coming from the toilet. For 7 days stay I don’t think they change our bed linen cover.

Room, view, location. The staff at reception were good when sorting out my queries and things that needed printing.

I was attempted to be up-sold a room with an ocean view at a premium cost. I declined and it turned out that the room I had already been assigned had an ocean view. The staff during breakfast were slow to replenish knives and forks and I was sometimes left wandering around. Also there were multiple tables left uncleaned with nowhere to sit.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with great pools, stunning views, good food, and an excellent location.

On the first day the air conditioning didn’t work, and the mobile unit provided was so noisy that it ruined my rest. I had limited time and wanted to fully enjoy my stay, but this issue significantly reduced the experience. From the terrace, the view and atmosphere were also disturbed by a large number of loud outdoor AC units. There was no compensation offered for the issue which was disappointing.

Clean tidy and great staff, nice pool area, room was a decent size. Great breakfasts

WiFi wasn't great but not really required, slight noise from the main road but again not to bad.

The staff were amazing and always ready to help. Great and quiet location with amazing views over Mellieha Bay. Infinity pool from the rooftop is an added bonus, serene atmosphere with incredible views.

Bed linen wasn’t changed at all during our 12 nights stay.
