Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- the water stopped working on our 2nd evening (no showers, toilets, or sinks) were able to be used. we were put in contact with one of the hosts but they did not resolve this till after we had checked out the next day. they said perhaps it was an issue with 7 people having a shower in a row, but given this is a place advertised for 7 we didn't think this would be an issue - no dishwashing liquid/sponges provided to clean up dishes (they did mention they would drop it off the next morning, but this had been forgotten), however they were happy for us to leave dirty dishes on the bench - no clothes drying rack for washing machine - cigarette butt found in the drawers - tv didn't work, and only 2 person sofa for 7 people - only faux mink blankets provided, no top sheets on beds
- lots of space for 7 people & clean - great to have a washing machine on a long trip - hosts allowed us to check in earlier with our bags which was nice as we had gotten off an earlier ferry from gozo that morning

United KingdomA broken bed left in the rear bedroom. A television not obviously connected in any way (dangling wires). No remote control or instructions for use. No wi-fi access found or instructions for. Hair drier and toaster not working. All reported but not resolved. Leak under kitchen sink (repaired). Poor lighting in kitchen/lounge area. One ceiling light not working. We also thought that the location of the property was more remote from facilities than implied given intervening distances and hills and was not buggy-friendly for a family. No literature or instructions were to be found in the apartment apart from refuse collection details, which would have helped in relation to the foregoing problems. A map showing the location of local facilities would also have been helpful as not everyone relies on Google.
Ostensibly this was a spacious apartment but not one we could favourably recommend due to a number of reported problems, as a result of which we were offered a complimentary breakfast by way of compensation which we did enjoy.

United StatesThis is a fantastic place to stay in St. Julien's! The apartment is lovely -- it's big, clean, and has a super cute balcony. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, and it was just a 15 minute walk to most of the restaurants and such around St. Julien's.

The room was great. It had plenty of space, a lovely balcony with a nice view, and a fabulous kitchen for cooking. It was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed. The hosts were fantastic — super friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

Canadadirty and dirty pots cig butts on deck garbage can in kitchen already full from previous tenents and no extra garbage. no coffee pot kettle on different plug and wasn’t usable except for the fact we had our own converter . unclear instructions for entry , alarms went off for hour owner contacted by phone and then wanted us to use only what’s app gave instructions on how to fix ourselves . no wifi and no help getting the wifi from owner only picture of modem . no instructions of any sort on building particulars or wifi passwords .
