Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandVery basic equipment of the facility. It was only superficially cleaned. It is obvious that the apartment has not been updated for a long time and requires renovation. The joints in the bathrooms were moldy, so using the bathtub and shower was uncomfortable.
Good location: near to shops, restaurants and coast line. Very nice view from the window. A lot of space in the apartment. Although the keys were not left in the agreed place and we had to wait for them to be delivered, there was no problem with calling the host. There was no problem with staying at the property for an additional 3 hours.

FranceThe apartment is in need of some major update: the couch is crumbling and is very uncomfortable, the bathrooms were outdated and dirty. Bedsheets looked a bit dodgy... We spent a lot of time indoors due to the time of year and it was a bit gloomy. Such a shame because it does have a lot of potential.
- The location is absolutely perfect. What a treat to be having breakfast overlooking the bay - Very responsive and helpful hosts - The apartment is very big. Lots of room for everyone

South AfricaThe bedsheets are too small for the beds and pull loose. Plugs needed for the bath. Washing machine was stored in a storeroom and not accessible
No breakfasts served. The Host Alberto was amazingly helpful and certainly pulled all the stops to make our stay memorable. The apartment was beautifully clean and tidy, Additional glasses were procured on request.

PolandThis apartment is a great place to stay in Malta. We used it as a base to visit entire island and after day-long trips we were always glad that we are coming back to stay the night. Beautiful view from the window in the morning, nice communication with host.
