We would like to kindly clarify that the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign was displayed on your door for most of your stay, which is why our housekeeping team did not enter the room for full cleaning. When you requested cleaning in the evening — outside housekeeping hours — our staff still did their best to assist you. We also understand that there may have been some miscommunication due to the language barrier, as you speak only Italian and some of our team members do not. We truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience in this situation.
