There was a problem with the aircondirioner which did not work properly. As we stayed there in december we needed it to heat the apartment. The owner provided us with an elecrtic heater so in the end everything was ok.

The apartment was nice nad clean, it had a nice and spacius terrace. The bed was comfortanble.

There are 3 floors and no lift, bed not so comfortable, and a suggestion to put a curtain in between the kitchen and bedroo. so that guests can turn on one ac not two (since it comes at an extra pay) in order to keep the penthouse cool.

Penthouse was very clean, organised, great view, and excellent location.

The only thing we did not like was the bed, which was uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, as it is quiet but just a few minutes away from the centre of Rabat. Parking was not a problem also, which made the experience better.

We asked the owner to enter the house a bit early than stipulated but the house was not as yet ready. We left early at 11.00 as it was ordered by the owners to leave at that time. I think one should understand the needs to the tenants as well.

The location is very good and a quite area without noise and work and heavy engine blocking the road.

Parking wasn’t easy as the apartment is on a busy residential street where the home owners have their own parking spaces, but we managed without any major problems. The apartment was smaller than expected and there were men working on the roof directly outside of our shower room on two of the days we were there, which we were not informed about.

We were self-catering with a good supermarket just a short walk from the apartment. The centre of Victoria was also just a short walk away.

During my trip to Malta I stayed at 3x different places. This was the only one to have a paid AC, beware of that. Kitchen appliances looked old, there was even no proper knife to cut the bread. Old TV (no Netflix etc.) which isn't a big deal, but if you would like to watch something in the evening, there's not a big choice of programs.

Good location of the apartment, close to the restaurants. Washing machine available at the apartment. Nice terrace, though didn't use it much due to overall heat. Apartment was clean.

You had to enter at 3.00 and on the day of departure at 9..40 owner sent a message to remind that departure was anytime before 11.00 like they wanted to get rid of us as early as possible. A lot of stairs and AC was with coins would have preffered to pay more than having to put coins all the time in the meter

Not a lot of parking outside Air con isn’t free, on a meter. Pictures looked different to actual room in my opinion It’s ok but be prepared to have to spend money for air con, and a lot of noise from the neighbours seemed to be normal

The apartment is perfect for a couple. It's spacious enough, there is plenty of storage for your items and equipped with anything you might need during your stay. There is a great view on the terrace and plastic chairs and table available so you can enjoy a snack or dinner outside.

Nothing bad. Only the terrace could have a bigger table - there is enough space for two to drink coffee, but not much to eat.

Spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment on the top floor with a large terrace, very close to the center, bus station, grocery store. Helpful hosts - when the TV could not be turned on - the host immediately came and helped. They also checked whether all the lights were on and replaced the ones that didn't work (there are many of them - each corner can be lit separately), even though I didn't ask. Gave an extra adapter. The apartment has everything you might need for life - a cozy kitchen area with a large refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishes. We found salt, spices, tea bags. We missed a little bit of sugar...

There was no large knife for cutting vegetables.

It was the second time that I was in this accommodation. Nicole lives in the first floor and she helps , if there are any questions or problems. The appartment is in a quit area. There is a food stand at the corner, so you can buy some water or some fruit or vegetables. The appartment was cleaned very well, comfortably furnished and the terrace was the highlight. I recommend it.
