Clean and the jacuzzi

The bbq is better make it near the kitchen outside upstairs The not comftable the stairs from inside to go down But the others excellent

For the time we went it could have been ideal a pool instead of a hot tub

The place is clearly still under construction. The lift was full of construction dust and the apartment was not fully ready

The apartment is magnificent and very spacious. It is brand new and has a wonderful view. The kitchen is equipped with a freezer, refrigerator, microwave and stove, there are plates, cups and all neccessary utensils. Everything is very clean, the flooring is smooth and luxurious, and the chairs at the kitchen table and the couch are both soft and very comfortable. The TV in the living room is huge and has Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is spread over two floors. The lift in the building leads to the upper level, where there is a toilet and a very large room that serves as a kitchen and living room. From there, you can access a terrace with a sofa and a low table. The lower floor has three bedrooms, each with a large double bed. The first bedroom has a large wardrobe and a small terrace overlooking the courtyard. Along the hallway is a small laundry room with a working washer and dryer, a portable clothes drying rack, and an iron and ironing board. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet. Down the hallway, there is a separate, larger bathroom with a toilet and a much bigger shower cubicle. Then there is another bedroom that opens out onto the large lower terrace. There is also a Jacuzzi, a BBQ, and a large dining table with chairs. The property is on a quiet street with easy parking, and is just over a mile from the marina. The hosts were very kind; they had left us water, milk and bread when we arrived. There was internet access, although it was slow at times. There is also a fantastic playground and a car rental place very close by. I would recommend the property.

The apartment has several issues or rather impracticalities. The spiral staircase connecting the kitchen to the downstairs is narrow and unstable, making a loud creaking noise when used. It is difficult to use at night and unsuitable for people who are overweight or have joint problems. There is a normal staircase that connects the two terraces, but it goes through a bedroom, so guests have to use the spiral staircase. It would be good to put a handrail on this staircase. The door to the last bedroom is sliding and does not close well, so light enters the bedroom. This is not very pleasant. There is a draft as the door does not close properly, and there may be a problem with the mechanism because the inner bathroom door of the other bedroom also is sliding but closes better. There's nowhere to leave your shampoo near the shower. In general, it depends on the guests. Young, energetic people in good physical shape will have no problem with the ladder or the location. The building is still being finished, and there is some noise from machines and drilling, but it was not excessive. The beds have a shared duvet, which is a bit uncomfortable unless you have three separate couples. Children do not always do well with a shared duvet. There is a toaster and kettle, but they have European standard plugs, as do the bedside lamps. In one room, the lamp was plugged into the socket, but we were unable to get the plugs into the existing sockets without an adaptor. We had quite a few adapters, so we had no problem, but you have to bring a lot of adapters.

Beautiful, very modern home, which went over and above our expectations. Exactly how it looks in the picture. The private jacuzzi and BBQ grill were very clean and we enjoyed making use of them during our stay. We enjoyed our stay a lot 😁 definitely going back soon 🥰
