Attention to details-10 small towels but 0 big. Dolce gusto machine but no capsules. Oven but no baking tray… it has a lot of potential just to iron these details to make it more comfortable.

The mattress of the big bed was too stiff for us , every morning one of us woke up with bit of back pain. The air conditioning is visibly unable to cool down the room even when we kept the balcony closed during the day, part of the room also gets the heat accumulating during the day from the rooftop, the balcony side gets all the afternoon sunshine which doesn't help either , I guess in the cooler season is enough but not in the summer, probably needs an upgrade. We could have used a microwave oven, but we used the stove to heat the milk so it was fine.

Great location, in the heart of the old town few meters from St George Square. Room was ready a couple of hours earlier at arrival, all well organized. Nice decor, beautiful antique type of lamps and furniture at the arrival hall and the room.

Clean comfortable base with character to explore the island. Set in the old part of town so plenty to see locally as well. Parking near could be difficult at busy times. Bus station not too far away & if walking the coast over 3 days like I did, it was ideal & fare only 2€ per journey. Owners very responsive throughout, a few issues occurred but soon rectified.

Apartment has no separate bedroom. There is no normal window, you have no view. Specific smell. Very strong perfume in wardrobe, we can't even use it. Wifi works only in the kitchen. Lack of information on how to use hot water (so first day we had only cold water).

Best location ever!! Lovely house of character in one of the little winding streets of Victoria behind St George Basilica and Square. Easy to walk to everything in Victoria. Easy self check in, everything clean and comfortable and nice balcony with chairs and table overlooking the street

Unfortunately, I agree with whoever wrote that the kitchen should be better equipped ( at least a couple of soup plates and a wooden spoon). It is not a huge problem if you are there for a couple of days as I was. It could impact your stay if you are there for longer. There are no large towels in the bathroom, so bring your own, as I did. Wifi was very sketchy and most times did not work. This was the only really negative issue I experienced. It's really a shame as these are small things that can be easily fixed. Other than this, it's a truly lovely place, and I didn't find it half as noisy as some other reviewers described it.

The flat is spacious, well-kept, and very, very clean. The location is smack in the historical centre of Victoria ( Rabat, right off St George square), in a narrow, picturesque alley. So bar, restaurants, souvenir shops are very near. And very near is the Citadel, too, with its interesting museums. The place was easy to find and clearly marked. Owners sounded nice and very polite. The small balcony was a lovely place for my morning coffee and croissant.

The bed is a little bit small for two people, but still ok. The boiler could be probably changed with a newest one, even if still works well enough. However improving these two things would give to the appartament a full 10 out of 10!

Big enough, cozy and really well kept apartment in the heart of Victoria. You can reach that house from the lovely narrow streets through the city centre, just after st george square. Amazing atmosphere all around and inside the appartament with care for details. You have air conditioner, a kitchen with everything, a good bathroom and a very nice balcony. What else for that price?

bedsheet didn’t fit towels were to small. There was no instructions on induction, hob, air-conditioning or Wi-Fi. had to Google and message owners. no wine, glasses bowls were very small and no casserole dishes for cooking in the oven also, there was no brush or dustpan to clean floor could do with a handle on the front door, as it was quite difficult to shut without slamming

Some little things needs to be fixed, for example if you need to use sofa for bed, they should offer you linens without asking. And a light in the lobby should be motion sensored. It is very dark to enter the building.

Perfect location! Just in the heart of the city. Very near bus statioin. Washing machine was a bonus. Apartment looks just like the photos. Self check-in was easy.

after a day the floors felt a bit damp and our swimmers couldn’t dry even though it was very hot outside. there just isn’t a lot of natural light and maybe not such good aeration? But these were minor things

The kitchen could use some more basic stuff for cooking and eating - e.g. wood spoon for cooking on Teflon pan, shallow and "soup" plates (there are a few small ones and 3 huge ones). We would also greatly appreciate salt and oil for basic cooking (we left ours there for others).

The location is amazing, right in the old city center. The bathroom is really nice and all the nice stone work as well.

Big air humidity is a little problem but the gas burner helps with it a lot :) It is also a little dark.

Ta' Marta Lodge is the place with extraordinary atmosphere and perfect location. Its really spacious, tidy and well equipped.
