Instead of sending a code to your key box via email, you get a web application – which is certainly convenient for some people. However, not for someone standing in the corridor with children and suitcases at night. One KEY! Shared washing machines, no dishwasher, air conditioning in some rooms. Very poor kitchenette equipment. Very average furniture and standard of finish. Fire alarm that reacts loudly to burning fat (the toast was not burnt) when preparing toast, waking up the neighbours at night. The facility has no influence on the behaviour of neighbours - you can always encounter noisy people, but you have to remember that it is practically a hotel, where the neighbours feel very comfortable because they are only staying for a short time. The facility has no influence on insects - but the bites of small flies are extremely painful - due to the lush vegetation by the pool and frequent heat waves, you have a choice between stewing in the air conditioning and feeding these monsters.

Mice in the kitchen. Maintenace man who was not very nice when he came to set the mouse traps - blamed us for the mice!!

Superb location, apartment overlooked the pool which was excellent , always somewhere to sit with shade or sun. Apartment was huge! Lovely layout and en suite in the one room was a bonus. Air con in bedrooms was excellent. All equipped with everything you need to self cater.

The living/dining area would benefit from air conditioning. It’s a large area with only one fan over the seating area. Perhaps even an additional fan over the dining area so two in total to cover a room of that size would be a welcomed addition as we found it too hot to stay at the table for too long. The oven and hob built in ignition/spark didn’t work so we had to use matches (provided) to light the hob and oven which wasn’t ideal but did do the job. Mosquito sliding doors leading to the balcony were abit rickety and didnt always slide smoothly which is annoying when you’ve got children coming in and out. Not the end of the world though.

The pool area is very nice. The staff was helpful when we locked ourself out. We liked the coffee machine. It was sweet with the cats that lived in the area. We saw a chameleon climbing up a tree.

There should have been a toaster in the kitchen. The towels should be washed more often. The cleaner could have waited until we got out before she started cleaning.

Very large appartment, with wider than usual single beds. Insect screens with every door and window

Only one garbage bag. And only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 7 nights for a family of 4 weren't enough. No lids for pots.

Big and spacious, beds were comfortable, free washing machines on site.

Could really do with an update, bathroom’s are run down, some things work some things don’t, it is reasonable in terms of price but it could be so much nicer, just a bit more investment, kitchen units under sink had a damp smell and our bedroom had an ant problem,but we was on the ground floor and once the floors were cleaned it seemed to subside.

We were impressed with the service, the cleanliness of the apartment, which included everything we needed. We are a family of 4, including a toddler and we were super comfortable with everything we needed. We also downloaded the room's app on our phones that included all the info we might need like: check-in/out dates/times, policies, codes, bookings for other equipment etc. The pool was also really clean, its very big and the environment is quite and very calming. Would definitely visit again!

The stay was nice, but the AC was only in the bedrooms. There was no air conditioning in the kitchen or living room, where we spent most of our time. It got quite hot, so AC in those areas would really improve comfort.

We stayed at this apartment for a two-night holiday, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless. The apartment was immaculately clean, fresh linens, gleaming surfaces, and not a speck of dust anywhere. It had a calm, airy feel that instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. The space was beautifully furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the little touches like soft towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful décor made a big difference. You can tell the hosts really care about keeping the place in top condition. One of the highlights was definitely the pool. Just like the apartment, it was super clean and well-maintained. The water was crystal-clear, and the surrounding area was peaceful and perfect for lounging. We spent hours just floating, reading, and soaking up the sun, it felt like our own private retreat. The location was also ideal, quiet enough for a relaxing break, but still close to local attractions and great dining spots.

The only small downside was that there was no AC in the living area—it did get a bit warm during the day, but with the fans and good airflow, it was still manageable.

Perfect for a summer vacation, relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Spacious, airy and clean apartment, stunning views, easy access to a large pool. There is a supermarket in the vicinity.

This was our second time staying at Ta Frenc Apartments, and it certainly won’t be our last. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and offered a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing stay. The views were absolutely stunning, adding to the charm of the place. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
