Our stay was absolutely great. We really enjoyed it. Oliver is a very nice host, he communicated with me in advance, he waited for us until the night hours in the evening, when we arrived from the airport. The next day he took care of us, gave us advice and showed us around. I can only recommend the stay.

I loved this place! It is in a beautiful old home! The style was charming! Short walk to the bay and beautiful views! Very comfortable! Good restaurants nearby! The host could not have been more helpful and gracious!

We loved everything about our stay! Oliver provided us with beach towels, water and everything we could need. He also gave us loads of recommendations for the local area, and even let us check out late. Lastly, my friend forgot his phone at the flat and he helped put it into a Bolt to get delivered to us near the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing- you are close to both the bus stop and have a scenic walk to the bay. There is a restaraunt nearby that i would use a guide to gauge whether I was close or not. you become acquainted with the area very quickly. Oliver goes above and beyond with helping you, he even gives advice on your itinerary as sometimes extensive research needs clarification from a local’s perspective! Very warm and personable as well as the humour that shows in the design. He always offers support which was lovely especially for my first time solo travelling! I loved the interior and was in awe, my first time experiencing something so unique. If staying in Room No4, using the little light instead of the main makes it more atmospheric and since you are so close to the bay, not having a balcony was a problem for me as I preferred the spacious room instead. The perfect boutique hotel for my short stay in Malta.

Lovely location with easy walking access to seaside & amenities. The main bus routes are easy to navigate from the residence to any part of Malta. The owner Oliver is a great host - extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

One could make suggestions, but bottom line the house and its owner are charming, the location is good, and the room is good value.

I only experienced my room on the first floor & the lobby but it seemed an interesting old Maltese home in which Oliver has created something between a museum and art gallery. My room was comfortable & quiet.

Found the space between the end of the bed & bathroom door very narrow, but otherwise, the room was long and had everything

The authenticity of the decor. All the original features, the building was full of character. The host Oliver, was exceptional, so informative, and helpful and interested in each of his guests. Self service check in was so easy. Location was perfect for us. Quiet, but just a few minutes to main strip. Bus stop around the corner & fabulous restaurant. A large bottle of water was left outside our door on second evening, very nice touch. Thank you Oliver

The host Oliver is very welcoming and helpful. From the moment I booked he offered and sent information to help me plan my trip. The residence has genuine character and is an authentic old building. The room was comfortable, had a little balcony and air conditioning, plus a fridge which was useful.
