How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. The breakfast was repetetive and not much to choose from.

Not a single non-British electric plug and the bed mattress could have been more comfortable.

The room was a little dark coloured (gray everywhere) and had no interesting view - had in fact a sight in construction nearby.
The location near to the centre but not so close to the noisy area with bars and mall. The breakfast was ok and enough to start your day, the everyday cleaness and the big size of room.

No carpets anywhere. We didn't have 1 bed for 2 persons, it was single beds together. And there was construction happening just across the street but that is not their fault.
Location is excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful, food was good, value for money is great. Rooms are spacy.

Not a lot of parking nearby
We arrived late at night so we didn't spent a lot of time in the hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was basic but okay.

Big, clean room with 2 queen size beds. Quiet, although it was next to street. Very close to sandy beach and lot of restaurant's and bars. Many shopping possibilities in walk distance, near to bus stops.

We did arrive and noticed a lot of construction. As a side note, the Hotel should let guests know that they might experience noise from the construction work from the adjacent building during the booking process. Luckily we were able to be moved.
Upon arrival, met by friendly receptionist. Nice modern Hotel in the lobby and bedroom. We found the bedroom to be clean and spacious! Hotel was situated locally to the beach and places to eat. A good variety to choose from.

I would have liked them to put free water along with coffee. The hotel staff can be a little more flexible. For example the guy would not check anyone in before 2 pm even when the rooms are available. He made everyone wait till the clock tick 2 and then asked people to come forward to check-in. Why act like a school head-master, when the rooms are already available. Other than that they were very polite and friendly. On some days the lift was not working, so had to take the stairs.
The hotel is very close to the beach and a mall where you can easily find good food and pretty much everything. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. I got two queen-sized bed. Usually in a twin room, you get 2 single beds. There was coffee and tea available in the room. There was locker to keep your belongings safe.

the surrounding of the hotel is a construction site but this is not the hotel's responsibility
Everything excellent. They gave me a superior room even if my booking was for a normal size room. Good breakfast Amazing location, walking distance to everything. Welcoming receptionist

Room was pretty small, especially the bathroom, and the air-co very noisy. The show in the bathroom was broken and water going everywhere. There is only one lift, so you have to wait long time in the busy hours to get a ride!
The venue was pretty ok, just a walk away from the beach. The breakfast is pretty good, and is the only valuable thing of this hotel.

Noise from the street. You can hear other guests as well. Bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean.
The room and the bathroom is very spacious, beds really comfortable. It is located near the bus station (2-3 min) from which you can go to any location, shops and caffes are also nearby. Great value for money.

Our in-room fridge didn’t work properly, which we didn’t find as an issue but could be for someone else. The walls are quite thin, meaning we could hear other guests banging doors, and we could hear a lot of construction noise- so probably not the best shout if you’re a light sleeper!
The staff were exceptional, truly above and beyond. Checking in and checking out was seamless and the facilities in the room were great. Great shower pressure, beds were comfortable.

It’s better not to take breakfast, the choice is standard, but in terms of quality it’s not worth buying.

Power issues everytime you access the rooms and someone from the property had to help you out or leave a card in the room permanently

The hotel towels had stains on them. It is difficult to find the main entrance of the hotel. When l woke up,my hold body was painful because of the bed ( matrass)
