Only six clothes hangers for four adults across both rooms, little disappointed there were no sun loungers for the communal pool, thought the artificial grass area was fairly comfortable to make do though. We ended up getting extra hangers from a charity shop in Victoria and made a donation to them in return. We repeatedly asked 'Zzzing' (the third party hosting company) over the first week and after many promises they would sort, nothing happened. We also bought a set of bbq tools as gas bbq was great, but tools definitely needed and nothing supplied to even make do. Also had to buy two three pin to two pin plug adapters as half the supplied electricals in the apartment were European two pins and all the sockets were UK 3 pin.

Good location to Xaghra square, good size rooms and nice apartment overall with good facilities. Pool immaculate.

Upon arrival, it was disheartening to find that the bed linens did not appear to be clean, despite prior assurances of a change the following day, which did not offer immediate support. It seemed that the bed may not have been changed since the previous guests. Consequently, I took it upon myself to wash the linens. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they mentioned that cleaning personnel usually provide photographic evidence of their work, but they were unable to provide these images. This raises questions about why this documentation was not shared, especially as it does not seem to involve any confidential information. Moreover, their attitude seemed to suggest disbelief regarding the condition of the place, even though photographic evidence was provided. The skirting was unclean throughout, and the oven, BBQ, pots, and pans were very greasy. Furthermore, I noticed the absence of sun loungers, which I had inquired about before my trip and was told were available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, none were available.

I found the views, swimming pool, apartment size, and style to be quite appealing.

The legs of the table need to be fixed . The table needs to be cleaned as some edges can’t be reached . The smell from the tap of the sink it’s awful. We only found black rubbish bags. Some of the chairs had some screws missing so the were wobbly. Then windows, sliding door, netting, need to be washed properly not only spray and cloth. Then the bathroom we still needed to clean ourselves as the glass was still dirty. Definite you need a good supervisor. We didn’t fine trabixu to open wine . The (pala)spade is not good when we come to collect the rubbish on it , it pass under it .

The wonderful view . No problem for parking . The pool is clean . The appartment is spacious .

We checked in at 3 but the apartment was still not ready. We found garbage and dirty linen on the floor. When we contacted the owner, he told us that the cleaning personnel will be in the apartment in a few minutes. They arrived at 7.30! And took an hour to clean all the apartment. We couldn't go out till 9 as I had to check that new bed linen and towels were given since the day after was a public holiday. We were really disappointed as it should have been a weekend break which was totally ruined. To top it all they promised to refund part of the cleaning bill but this was never refunded.

New flat included everything we needed. Air conditioner in each room kept the space cool. Very spacious with beautiful view. Easy parking and close to piazza.

The kettle. The doors. The platform path from outside door to main door. The material omg. And outside on the pavement, those spiral lids they don't seem so safe . We didn't walk on the that pavement.

The open plan with the lovely view. The area is so quiet. The doors are hard to hold them open . As we bought some staff to go in with them was a bit difficult . Or to carry in or out the luggages it was a bit difficult. And I didn't use the free parking as know one showed me or told me where is the garage . But on the whole it was good. But I did find parking outside. There isn't egg cups. The kettle should be cleaned better. But then the linen and the towels are bright white clean.
