Having booked Nunzio, the taxi owner who warmly greeted us at the airport and as recommended by our host, he telephoned ahead and Roger was waiting for us at the apartment. Such a wonderful welcome to Malta, our host was clearly proud of both the apartment and the island, both of which did not fail to disappoint. Although St Julian's is very busy it does not intrude on the comfort of the apartment, which is clean and has super comfortable beds. You can welcome the hustle and bustle inside by sitting out on the balcony, or simply close the doors behind you for a quiet evening. St Julian's is ideally placed for easy access to Valletta and the surrounding areas and we used public transport to get to most of our destinations. It doesn't always run on time but that sort of adds to the adventure of getting about the island. Would highly recommend the apartment and St Julian's for families and couples alike and as a perfect base for exploring further afield.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is very comfortable and welcoming. It has a pleasant balcony overlooking the bay. It is close to transport, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Joanna ensured that we had everything we needed and recommended a driver from and to the airport. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

The property is in a great location and convenient to everything. There is such a beautiful view from the balcony! Everything you need for your stay is provided and the property is super clean. Roger was an amazing host and very attentive. He provided us with many recommendations on what to do while in Malta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Honestly, we could not have been happier. The location was exactly what we wanted; in the hustle and bustle of a town (no issues with noise though), a fabulous view, and literally across the road from good swimming and suprisingly good snorkeling (arguable better than the Blue Lagoon which we visited). We loved Malta and starting the day with a coffee watching the sunrise, then returning from our day to go for a quick and easy swimming and chilling on the balcony was the icing on the cake - not to be missed. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants to enjoy. Apartment as a whole was spacious, clean and well-presented. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Our guidebook said parking in Malta was a nightmare and we nearly didn't hire a car, but we were always able to find somewhere within a couple of minutes walk.

This is a little gem of a find! The location is fantastic with amazing view over the bay. The contact from the host was second to none. Roger reached out to us before we even arrived to provide us with a guide to Malta and the property. He also booked a taxi for us. He then stayed in touch to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The apartment is so clean, spacious and very well equipped, even has things that you wouldn't expect. Those little things you may have forgotten ... shoe polish, after sun etc. We had a lovely stay.

The road can be a little noisy.

The layout of the apartment is a bit odd, in that one of the entrances leads directly to one of the bedrooms. Bedrooms have hardly any natural light.

Busy road next to the bedroom.

Excellent location for visiting Malta with bus stops just a few minutes away. Also good walking access to grocery stores and restaurants. Roger is a superb and friendly host, keeps in touch and answers any questions immediately. Provides good tips on places to see and restaurants. The apartment itself is comfortable and clean and benefits enormously from the balcony providing an expansive view of Spinola Bay. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, although we only used it for breakfast. Great esplanade outside the door for walking along the bay.

The master bedroom is well insulated for sound although you do hear some traffic noise from the spare room, which is adjacent to a street. We just closed that room off. St. Julian's is a congested urban area (like most of Malta!), so you have to keep that in mind, but worth it for the convenient access to Valletta

The apartment is just perfect. My family really loved staying there and we'll recommend it to all our friends that plan on visiting Malta. The view from the maltese balcony is to die for and just perfect for an early morning coffee with a view. The host was amazing - very kind and friendly, beyond helpful and always available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In the Terminator's words - We'll be back.

Lovely view from balcony. Very clean apt., comfortable beds, and remarkably quiet for being in busy area. Included everything we needed, and then some. Great host, who made our stay very pleasant. Thanks!. TV was incredible, it had cable stations from all over the world - 100 or so from the USA.

Parking, depending on the time of the day, may be difficult, but with patience we were always able to find a spot.

The apartment is very clean and has everything you may need. The view is absolutely stunning. Morning coffee on the balcony is better than in any cafe you can find on Malta. The location is perfect: close to all bars and restaurants in St. Julian’s and Sliema, nice promenade for jogging just in front of the house, big supermarket in 5 min walking distance and grocery store just 2 min away. From the airport just 20 mins on taxi (15 night time). Party area/casino/ shopping mall 15 mins away by foot.
