The location is easy to find and transportation is very convenient. These are the few advantages it has.

The room was extremely crowded. It was obvious that the hotel had not taken into account the guests' need for space. They just crammed in the beds and ensured there was a walkway. There were no windows facing outside (the only window led to a corridor), which resulted in poor ventilation. The room was filled with the damp smell from the bathroom and other odors. At least that was the case in my room. The hygiene conditions were also lacking. I think no one had cleaned the room because various garbage and wet and stained towels were still there. Finally, the facilities were in a state of disrepair. The showerhead couldn't be fixed and the fixing bracket was just thrown on the floor beside it. Overall, the experience was disappointing. These two nights here were the worst among all my accommodations during this trip. It was completely inconsistent with its price and rating.

Services from the hostel were really nice.

I think the atmosphere might be improved and some facilities might be added.

Location was great and bed was cozy and clean

Bathroom smelled moldy and kept being wet. The drain in the shower was clogged and even though someone came to „clean“ the rooms (mostly just the floor) daily the drain was never cleaned. I had to clean the drain myself from countless hairs and dirt, so that the shower wouldn’t be overflowing. The AC kept dripping as well. So I’m pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom. The stairs to the rooms were only half a meter wide so it was difficult to get my luggage to the room on the third floor.

Location was pretty central, next to the nightlife strip

Lack of cleaning service all weekend. Disruptive renovation works being carried without notice. There was no common area to interact with other guests.

The location is very good. It was clean and not too loud.

The location was really good.

They were two rooms “shared” , we could not see them but we can hear them because it was not a completely different separated room. Also there was no elevator.

It was so bad that I discovered this Gem the last day I've spent in Malta! The place was super tidy, the staff were extremely nice and responsive, the hostel is near to bus stations, that can take you anywhere in Malta or the shuttle bus of the airport.

The place is central, near to restaurants, clubs, public transport and the beds are very nice

Clean, everything works, comfortable beds, curtains around beds, USB ports, nice aircon, kitchen.

If the bedroom door is open to the Turquoise room, people from outside can see directly in, as the front door is glass. I would like if the second door closed for privacy. Also there were some men that were very creepy and inappropriate staying in the room with us and there was no night security to tell them about it, or make us feel safer returning home as female travellers.
