Reviews of The Willows Penthouses with Jacuzzi

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable overall.

My only suggestions would be to consider adding a fan in the bedroom for better air circulation, and to replace the mattress and pillows, as they were quite uncomfortable for us.

Good location and very clean.

Noise can sometimes be heard from whoever is entering the building, which can be annoying at times.

The location is great and the outside area and hot tub are lovely. It’s a small apartment but big enough for two for a few nights. The owners comms are good and we would recommend for a short visit.

As other reviews have mentioned, you need more towels with a hot tub and generally more kitchen equipment (three knives, and four spoons is not enough). For a newish apartment the overall finish is a little poor.

All communication was smooth and excellent. It's all about the jacuzzi, in great conditions and clear instructions how to properly use it.

Tv is tiny and not convenient from the couch. Bedroom is quite tiny, suited for not more than 2 nights. More towels are needed, considering there's a jacuzzi to enjoy :)

The terrace, jacuzzi and location. Excellent location, close to the city centre and bus station, and around 30mins by bus from the port. Number 323 stopped outside the apartment block on the main road. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a day walking and sightseeing. The terrace got the sun pretty much all day - perfect for soaking up some vitamin D. We walked to the coast one evening to watch the sunset and saw some salt pools used for gathering and evaporating seawater, and one of the fortified towers. It took us around 30 mins following the walking route Google Maps suggested (all down hill!). There were quite a few restaurants to choose from at dusk and a bus back up the hill every hour, so it was easy on the legs to get to the apartment again. The staff were great too. Always happy to help when we needed advice during our stay. Thanks!

We loved the whole apartment! It had everything we needed from AC and washing machine to bottle opener. The hosts were attentive and quick to reply. The location was excellent, close to everything!

We liked the jacuzzi with the view! The owner was really nice and helpful.

The bed wasn't comfortable it had some missing planks underneath the mattress. The television had only Netflix, no cable TV. Also, I would like to give a suggestion for an umbrella or a tent under the jacuzzi, since we couldn't use it till 5/6 pm because it was too sunny. but despite all of the above mentioned, we liked our stay!

The view was great, the location was ok, close to Victoria bus central station, however the facilities were poor. I left photos and relevant comments in the next section.

Not worth the value for 100 euros a night. The landlord is cheap when it comes to amenities. The bathroom has instead of a proper door, a plank with space on top that cannot be locked (check the pictures). The kitchenware may be available if you want to eat in rusty pans,overly scratched. They have a smart tv with no cable. The bedroom needs some paint job unless they wanna make it look like a drunk pirate smoked his pipe there.The only bonus is the jacuzzi which is only a trap.

Staying in the warm jacuzzi after a day of sightseeing with a glass of wine is awesome ,😁 and having aditionally the great view to the citadell

The jacuzi is the highlight but all the house is very nice, the balcony is very big and the position is only 10 mins from the center of Victoria

The only thing to point out is that the jacuzi was cold when we arrived and it takes 1 hour to rise 2/3 degrees so we had to wait quite a while before using it.
