Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe did have an adult family member staying in the bunk room on the ground floor and they had to use the bathroom in the kitchen, 2 floors up. I'm sure it's not a problem for families as they could all use the en suite bathroom in the double bedroom on the ground floor. The bath towels could be bit bigger.
We rented the house as we were attending a wedding at the Sheer Bastion in Senglea which is walking distance from the house. We loved the location and the neighbourhood in general as it was very quiet with wonderful views from the roof terrace, yet only a 20 minute walk to the Valletta Ferry and a 30 minute walk to Copiscua attractions. The house is very well appointed and was spotlessly clean. The few questions we had were dealt with very promptly by Buena Vista Holidays. Having the lift was very handy for the guests staying on the ground floor.

United KingdomNot keen on the induction hob, damaged and I had brought my traditional stove top coffee pot for my cherished morning coffee which obviously wouldn’t work on induction hob.
Everything, superb location, extensive facilities for self catering, responsive support, quiet neighbourhood, great views from the rooftop, luxurious feel to the house, comfy beds.

NetherlandsThe house is huge and beautiful. And the roof terrace has its own pantry, which is great. The main kitchen is beautiful and spacey. This house is large enough for a family with 4 kids. There are some really nice restaurants in the area.

Beautiful property. Comfortable rooms and very spacious. Great views from the top floor. The lift was a bonus and very much needed when everything was spread out over 4 levels.

GermanyGreat house in stunning location opposite Valletta. Exquisite, modern standard, rooftop pool. Close to lots of good waterside restaurants and about 15 min from water taxi stand to Valletta. Close to small shops, many places (Marsaxlokk, Mdina, St. Peter‘s Pool…) in easy reach by bus in less than 1 hour. Great and easy communication with host, great place to stay - everyone was happy here!
