We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

RomaniaI didn't liked things that can't be restored in 2 3 days, otherwise the house is nice. Smelly bathroom, absolutely not a nail in the wall to hang a towel or anything, not one hanging point we had to keep all the toileteers in the room together with the towels. More light in the bathroom, one 40kw bulb placed 3 M above the center, is far from most of the women who try makeup each evening. Host, please note these are suggestions to make the bathroom confortavle and it would bring better rates at a minimum cost. Pillows...(to the host) please change them, they were horrible. Carpets should be wet cleaned, to be honest, it's time after all the customers.
The house is gorgeous, it's a little castle and it's beautiful. This room had a very confortabile bed (horror pillows) and.....3 terraces. We had acces on the roof, on a small balcony to dry towels or clothes and another 1 person balcony in the room. Drafts of cool air would come in the evening and mornings. Downstairs noighbour played jazz every morning, for which we are thankfull :D Locations is great in Rabat, in the middle of the action.

ItalyThey should fix the power outlets (There's an extension but it doesn't work well), the refrigerator unfortunately didn't work, the bathroom outside the room is not comfortable and in this period of heat you sweat tremendously. Something should be put under the door of the room to close it better., it remains an opening. The chandelier in the room only had a working light bulb. Terrace could be an extra if equipped with an umbrella and why not also an outdoor whirlpool tub, so it becomes a real suite. The place is beautiful, a few small tricks would be enough to make it comfortable
The location of the structure is in the center of Rabat, beautiful internally made of stone and that refers to a byt time. Something should be arranged to make the stay comfortable

United KingdomHaving some shelter on the roof terrace would have been nice. Maybe some comfortable seating or sun loungers. I didn't know that the bathroom was across the hall, but not a massive issue, though.
Loved that there was a fridge in the room. The bed is so comfortable, and the aircon was a blessing at night time. The location is absolutely fantastic. Great bus links, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Private access to the roof terrace & washing machine was fantastic.

United StatesThe bathroom that is outside of the bedroom door. It was not a big problem but if I were asked to say what “ I liked least,” it would be that. It would be better it it were truly en-suite.
The property both in our room and the shared portion of the property is very well decorated and beautiful.

United StatesPerfect location! We spent 3 nights in this wonderful place. Short walk to all site seeing and bus stop. Room very comfortable, nicely set up and decorated. We enjoy walking the streets of Mdina early in the morning and evening without the crowds. Great place and highly recommended.
