This was our second time here and it did not disappoint. Everything was clean and fresh, beds had lovely memory foam toppers this year which made a huge difference. Plenty utensils etc in the kitchen, lovely big fridge and freezer. Pool is a great size and plenty room for us all with loungers at the side. Excellent location to walk to the shop and drive to surrounding restaurants which are a plenty. We also got a wolt takeaway delivery one night which was great. Kevin is extremely quick and helpful if any questions arise about anything at all. Lovely quiet location, very peaceful and relaxing. We just love Gozo and this villa is perfect for us, thank you 😊.

- amazing location with great view - the outside area is amazing, lovely pool, jacuzzi and little garden area - very spacious and looks like an authentic Maltese property - pets allowed - we were visited by some very cuddly, friendly and big cats from the neighbours

- some small fixes would make the property even more amazing (example: little tile under the sink in the kitchen is missing etc) but that's nit-picking - would be great if there is some outside space to store the garbage because not every bag is collected every day, so if you just have a short stay like we did, its very likely that you are left with some extra garbage. Would be great to have a small lockable container option somewhere in the garden so you can leave the house clean when departing

Very spacious house with clean hot tub and responsive host. The layout of the house works really well with lots of natural light, large rooms and an outlook onto the pool and basilica. Bathrooms are clean and modern enough. The location is lovely and the walk up the hill opposite the basilica is well worth it for nearly 360 degree views over Gozo. We used the hot tub a lot as the pool was a bit cold as expected for April. When the sun shines though there is sun on the area by the pool all day which was lovely.

As others have said the odd bit of tlc wouldn’t go amiss for example showers in some en suites easily overflowed meaning floors were constantly wet. Sofas need updating. Dials on oven and hob have no markings so we had to use trial and error to work out how to use them to prepare meals. Nothing that impacted on the enjoyment of our stay overly though.

What a stunning farmhouse. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a quite area. Will definitely be back again 🥰

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is not only easy to find but also remarkably peaceful, offering a serene retreat. The neighbors were friendly, and we experienced no disturbances during our stay. The layout of the house is well thought out, providing an inviting and functional space. The outdoor amenities, including a BBQ, jacuzzi, and pool, were fantastic additions. The courtyard and deckchairs created a lovely environment for relaxation. Inside, the house was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with plenty of plates, glasses, and cutlery to meet our needs. The beds were exceptionally cozy, and the shower boasted impressive water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. Additionally, there were ample towels and toiletries available. Overall, I can't find any faults with this place; it truly exceeded my expectations.

the views were incredible, and the location well suited for a quiet and calm stay with family, whilst still be close enough to areas of interest, or to get shopping done when needed.

The lounge furniture, whilst suitable, could do with an upgrade to make it just that little bit more comfortable. This was more prevalent as we stayed in winter, and so spent a lot more time indoors than normal as it was raining.

Excellent facilities with a fantastic view.

Needs a bit of minor repairs and maintenance here and there, mainly in the bathrooms.

Stunning apartment with grand entrance. Plenty space for us 7 adults. Bedrooms all great size and all ensuite which was super. Kitchen had everything we required and water bottle holder was definitely a god send. We just had to purchase the large bottle to go into it which saved using individual bottles all the time. Outside bbq was great, air-conditioning in all rooms was excellent. Swimming pool was perfect size. View was amazing and very quiet neighbourhood. Lovely touch to have small bottles of body wash etc in each room. Kevin was excellent at replying to any messages promptly andwasveryhelpful. . Definitely the best villa we have stayed in in Gozo and we will be looking to book next year for sure. Highly recommended 👌

Very quiet location and the view over Ta' Pinu Basilica was just magical from the house. The house was very charming and spacious. The decent size pool and jacuzzi were great especially in a hot summer when we couldn’t go to the beaches for a few days due to strong wind and rough seas.

Some kitchen items need to be upgraded. Some insect screens need to be fixed. If you could provide a few bottled water on the arrival, it will be much appreciated.

The views are amazing and the pool area is lovely. The house internally could just do with a little bit of love.

It just looked a bit tired inside. There are some holes in some of the drapes. The sofa isn't very comfy and looks quite old. And the bins in the kitchen could do with a wash. Some of the light bulbs also needed replacing. Also the drains for the showers can't cope with all the water from the shower and will flood the bathroom if used on full.

Well maintained, good amount of space and the garden was well kept

One of the rooms (4) air conditioning didn’t work but a fan was provided.

I loved the upkeep and decor of the place. Cleanliness and availability of towels were wonderful. The jacuzzi was very useful in cold weather and it was properly converted for cleanliness. And the place has so much natural light which made it even more beautiful.

More powerful interior lights would have been better for when it gets dark.

We liked both the farmhouse and the location.

We didn't like the the matress, unfortunately it was a bit uncomfortable.
