Nothing negative to stay except that the previous guests smoked in our non smoking room. The staff handled it well, however!

better channels on TV in room

breakfast was ok but could have done with better sausages and British bacon, I also like flavoured yoghurt at breakfast, the types in pots but there was none.

The room window is located in some kind of space within the hotel, with a kitchen exhaust vent in that airless area. I really don’t understand how anyone could design a hotel like that. This is honestly my only complaint about the hotel, but it did bother me.

-Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a busy area in Sliema, surrounded by many shops and cafes. The beaches are not close to the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, and there is a rooftop pool with an interesting view, although it is not very large. The gym could be bigger, but it is perfectly adequate for a hotel stay.

The pool seemed to be very dirty. We only went up once and did not get in the water was a cloudy colour. Needs some attention.

The staff were very friendly, special mention to the young chap on the reception desk he was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was great too.

Great location, close to ferries to Valletta and bus routes to the rest of the island and airport. Boat trips leave from just along the promenade. Plenty of nice restaurants near. Staff friendly and room very comfortable and clean.

The disadvantage was that in the evening the bars and restaurant across the street were very loud. If you prefer sleeping with an open window and not with an active AC, this might be a problem.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel... Starting with the location... super convenient for getting around from the airport... in a good place with an extremely beautiful view of the sea and Valletta... My partner had a birthday during our stay, I want to express my huge gratitude to the hotel team for the surprise they had prepared for the birthday person... thank you very much! The reception staff was very hospitable, our room was a grand deluxe with a sea view... it was large enough and modernly furnished... the view from the balcony is indescribably beautiful... I don't know what else to say except that I would gladly return to the hotel again if possible!🤩😍🥰

Other guests using the pool w/o washing themselves first and even smoking while swimming. Limited breakfast for vegans even hash browns contain milk I also had to ask for plant based milk every day.

My key wouldn’t work, apparently the battery in the rooms door may have been out of power, I was given a traditional door key to use instead - a bit of faff there. The rooftop pool lacked facilities that I would expect from a 4*, I suggest they look at improving the area

Amazing view - you can see Valletta and port and it’s incredible, they have tiny but nice swimming pool on the roof. Room was spacious and with a big terrace.

The swimming pool is not very big and the inside one does not look very appealing unfortunately.

The view from the roof is exceptional. The staff are lovely! The location is great and the buffet breakfast is good.

Out stay was extremely pleasant; the staff was kind and helpful. Our room was ready earlier than expected, and they called to let us know. After checking out, we were still able to spend the whole day at the pool, use the sauna and gym, and take a shower before our trip. I definitely recommend this hotel.
