The fact that there is not a receptionist . Even if the manager reacts very quick after contacting him via WhatsApp , a presence ( at least during the day) of a receptionist would be appreciated with that many apartments in the building .

There was no teatowel provided in the kitchen. It didn't bother us, but if you wanted to sit out on the balcony or have the patio door open, it would have been very noisy as the apartment was near a main road.

We had a great stay at Vista Point – Cast Renting! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect—close to public transport, and just a short walk to the sea. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Would definitely stay here again!

A lot of "kids" were staying in the building were very loud, thankfully, it only affected us for a few days during the week. At one point, even a neighbor from another building called over from their balcony to ask who was playing the music. I would urge the hosts to monitor the situation more closely, especially since other reviews suggest this is a recurring issue.

A real gem! The place is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most things are within walking distance, just a short 15 minute stroll. The area is quiet and relaxed, with grocery stores nearby for convenience. One unique perk: the apartment overlooks a football stadium, so you can catch evening games right from the balcony. Also the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Apartment was generally cleaned but a/c should be serviced due to visual catch up of fungus, red sofa is visually ok but the matress should be changed as u fall into it when used.. . basically more detailed cleaning needed - around windows, kitchenware area and a/c and washing machine which is old but still usable.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need (mind the eu socket) + big terrace and nice view. We stayed in the penthouse apartment. Change of towels every 2nd day, kind and helpfull staff. Location great, in one direction couple of min intersection for the speed road and in the other buses to valleta and sliema, 2 x a/c etc, big fridge etc

Look out on the location. They can change at short notice your accommodation in a different area. The communication with their call center was very poor.

We found a cockroach on the floor the first minute we entered apartment. The shower smelled bleach-like odor, which was annoying very much. Also when taking a shower in the middle of showering warm water finishes, so you need to take a shower in a freezing cold water. And we don't get it why you need to pay for hairdryer or iron additionally. Everyone should have equal right to these facilities.

The location is really comfortable for exploring Sliema, go visit Valetta or go and have nice parties in St. Julian's. It was very quiet and no one disturbed us. Our bedroom had no window so it's perfect for people who love sleeping in the dark. Sitting in the balcony drinking coffee in the morning you can watch football matches so that was really nice.

We stayed in room 29. The biggest complaint is the comfort of the bed and pillows. Also, we constantly had a problem with water from the shower, making its way to the living room even after plumer help. Terase doors were extremely hard to open. It would be nice if the kitchen had some salt/pepper and oil as many guests left them behind after they stayed like we did. Basic stuff like dishcloth and newer pans would be nice also. We were told by a cleaner to use bathroom towels instead of dishcloth.

We stayed for 10 nights in the apartment. It is modest but has everything that is necessary. It was most important to us that it is clean. The staff is very nice, Dejan is very kind and attentive. regular change of bed linen and towels, as well as apartment cleaning every second day.

There is no manned reception. When our keys weren't available we had to phone someone and wait. A clothes dryer and hairdryer would be great. It was a shame that our door lock malfunctioned several times and had to be replaced. The cooker also blew the electrics. However, the friendly staff dealt with the situations.

The host was great and very kind. If you are travel off season be aware that in rooms can be cold, but there is AC in every room that work, and also we asked for additional blankets and host provide us that. Also we ask for hair dryer and iron and host also provided. Since we had a flight in the evening, the host offered to leave our luggage in a separate room at the reception so that we could enjoy the day without having to struggle with our luggage, which meant a lot to us. Price is also great.
